Abstract
Description
(i)第1の組成物を有する板ガラス材料の第1の層を提供するステップと、

(v)粘着性中間層材料の少なくとも1つの層で、板ガラス材料の第2の層に板ガラス材料の第1の層を接合するステップとを含む。
Claims (37)
- 粘着性中間層材料の少なくとも1つの層によって接合された、板ガラス材料の第1の層と、板ガラス材料の第2の層とを含む、積層ガラスであって、前記板ガラス材料の第1の層は、第1の組成物を有するガラスシートを含み、前記板ガラス材料の第2の層は、前記第1の組成物とは異なる第2の組成物を有するガラスシートを含み、前記積層ガラスは、(i)前記積層ガラスの周辺部の周りに延在する周辺領域を有し、前記積層ガラスは、前記周辺領域内に表面圧縮応力及び(ii)縁部圧縮を有し、縁部圧縮の大きさは、前記周辺領域の前記表面圧縮応力よりも大きい、前記積層ガラス。
- 前記周辺領域が前記積層ガラスの周辺全体の帯として延在する、請求項1に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記帯が前記積層ガラスの前記周辺部からある距離だけ延在し、前記距離が200mm〜400mm、好ましくは280mm〜320mm、より好ましくは約300mmである、請求項2に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記周辺領域内の前記表面圧縮応力が5MPa〜25MPa、好ましくは7MPa〜25MPa、より好ましくは10MPa〜20MPaである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記積層ガラスの前記第1の層が、純張力を有する残留縁部応力を有する縁部領域を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記縁部領域内の前記第1の層の前記残留縁部応力が15MPa未満、好ましくは14MPa未満、より好ましくは13MPa未満、さらにより好ましくは12MPa未満、最も好ましくは11MPa未満の純張力を有する、請求項5に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記第1の層の前記縁部応力が24MPaを超える、好ましくは25MPaを超える、より好ましくは26MPaを超える、さらにより好ましくは27MPaを超える、さらにより好ましくは28MPaを超える、さらにより好ましくは29MPaを超える、さらにより好ましくは30MPaを超える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が1.5mm〜2.5mm、好ましくは1.6mm〜2.3mmの厚さを有し、かつ/または、前記板ガラス材料の第2の層が0.2mm〜1.5mm、好ましくは0.4mm〜1.2mm、より好ましくは0.5mm〜1mmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記第1の組成物がソーダ石灰ケイ酸塩ガラス組成物である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記第2の組成物がアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス組成物であり、好ましくは、前記第2の組成物が少なくとも約6重量%の酸化アルミニウムを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記板ガラス材料の第2の層が化学的に強化されており、好ましくは、前記板ガラス材料の第2の層が、化学的に強化されたガラスシートである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 積層される前に、前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が、5MPa〜30MPa、好ましくは10MPa〜25MPa、より好ましくは15MPa〜25MPa、最も好ましくは15MPa〜20MPaの前記周辺領域内の表面圧縮応力を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が純張力を有する縁部領域を有し、積層される前の、前記縁部領域内の前記板ガラス材料の第1の層の前記純張力が、前記積層ガラス内に組み込まれる際の、前記板ガラス材料の第1の層の前記縁部領域内の前記純張力と同じである、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が凹面及び反対の凸面を有し、前記凹面が前記粘着性中間層材料の層に対面する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記板ガラス材料の第1の層がプレス曲げ加工を用いて曲げられる、請求項14に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記板ガラス材料の第2の層が凹面及び反対の凸面を有し、前記凸面が前記粘着性中間層材料の層に対面する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記板ガラス材料の第2の層が重力たわみ曲げ加工を用いて曲げられる、請求項16に記載の積層ガラス。
- 積層される前の、前記板ガラス材料の第1の層の前記縁部圧縮が、前記積層ガラス内に組み込まれる際の、前記板ガラス材料の第1の層の前記圧縮の縁部と同じである、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記板ガラス材料の第1及び/また第2の層が66〜72mol.%SiO2、1〜4mol.%Al2O3、8〜15mol.%MgO、1〜8mol.%CaO、12〜16mol.%Na2Oを含む組成物を有するガラスシートを含み、好ましくは、MgO+CaOが12〜17mol.%であり、CaO/(MgO+CaO)が0.1〜0.4の範囲内にある、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記ガラス材料の第1及び/また第2の層が(重量比で)58%〜70%のSiO2、5%〜15%のAl2O3、12%〜18%のNa2O、0.1%〜5%のK2O、4%〜10%のMgO、及び0%〜1%のCaOを含む組成物を有するガラスシートを含むが、ただし、前記Al2O3及びMgOの合計が13%を超え、Al2O3+MgOの量の合計をK2Oの量によって除算したものが3を超え、前記Na2O+K2O+MgOの合計が22%を超える、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 積層ガラスを作製する方法であって、
(i)第1の組成物を有する板ガラス材料の第1の層を提供するステップと、
(ii)第1の曲げ加工で、前記板ガラス材料の第1の層を曲げ、それにより、前記板ガラス材料の曲げられた層が残留表面圧縮応力を有する周辺領域を有するようにするステップと、
(iii)第2の組成物を有する板ガラス材料の第2の層を提供するステップと、
(iv)第2の曲げ加工で、前記板ガラス材料の第2の層を曲げるステップと、
(v)粘着性中間層材料の層で、前記板ガラス材料の第2の層に前記板ガラス材料の第1の層を接合するステップと、を含む、前記方法。 - 前記板ガラス材料の第1及び第2の層が前記粘着性中間層の層で接合される前に、前記板ガラス材料の曲げられた第2の層が化学的に強化される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の曲げ加工がプレス曲げ加工であり、好ましくは、前記プレス曲げ加工が少なくとも1つの加熱成形型を使用する、請求項21または22に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の曲げ加工が、重力たわみ曲げ加工である、請求項21〜23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記板ガラス材料の第1の層がソーダ石灰ケイ酸塩ガラスを含み、かつ/または前記板ガラス材料の第2の層がアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスを含む、請求項21〜24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記周辺領域内の前記残留表面圧縮応力が5MPa〜25MPa、より好ましくは、15MPa〜20MPaである、請求項21〜25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記積層ガラスの前記周辺領域内の前記表面圧縮応力が5MPa〜25MPa、より好ましくは、7MPa〜25MPa、さらにより好ましくは、10MPa〜20MPaである、請求項21〜26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレス曲げ操作の完了後、かつ前記曲げられた外層が周囲状態にまで冷却される前に、前記残留表面圧縮応力が、前記曲げられた外層の周辺の空気を直接冷却することによって制御される、請求項21〜27のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップ(ii)の後に、前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が純張力及び縁部圧縮を有する残留縁部応力を有する縁部領域を有し、前記縁部領域内の前記第1の層の前記残留縁部応力が15MPa未満、好ましくは、14MPa未満、より好ましくは、13MPa未満、さらにより好ましくは、12MPa未満、最も好ましくは、11MPa未満の純張力を有する、請求項21〜28のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップ(ii)の後に、前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が純張力及び縁部圧縮を有する残留縁部応力を有する縁部領域を有し、前記第1の層の前記縁部圧縮が24MPaを超える、好ましくは、25MPaを超える、より好ましくは、26MPaを超える、さらにより好ましくは、27MPaを超える、さらにより好ましくは、28MPaを超える、さらにより好ましくは、29MPaを超える、さらにより好ましくは、30MPaを超える、請求項21〜29のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 板ガラス材料の第1の層と、板ガラス材料の第2の層とを含む積層ガラスであって、前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が、1.5mm〜2.5mmの厚さを有し、焼き鈍されたソーダ石灰シリカガラスであり、前記板ガラス材料の第2の層が、0.4mm〜1.2mmの厚さを有し、化学的に強化されたガラスであり、前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が、粘着性中間層材料の少なくとも1つの層によって前記板ガラス材料の第2の層に接合され、周辺領域を有する前記積層ガラス内に組み込まれる前の前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が、第1の残留表面圧縮応力を有し、前記積層ガラス内に組み込まれる際に、前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が、前記周辺領域内に第2の残留表面圧縮応力を有する、前記積層ガラス。
- 前記積層ガラス内に組み込まれる前の前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が、11MPa未満の純張力を有する残留縁部応力を有する縁部領域を有し、かつ/または、前記積層ガラス内に組み込まれる前の前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が、25MPaを超える縁部圧縮を有し、かつ/または、前記積層ガラス内に組み込まれる前の前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が、前記周辺領域内に15MPa〜20MPaの残留表面圧縮応力を有する、請求項31に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記積層ガラス内に組み込まれた後の前記板ガラス材料の第1の層が、前記周辺領域内に10MPa〜20MPaの残留表面圧縮応力を有する、請求項31または請求項32に記載の積層ガラス。
- 前記板ガラス材料の第2の層が、アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス組成物である、請求項31〜33のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス。
- 積層ガラスのためのガラスシートであって、前記ガラスシートが、周辺部、及び前記ガラスシートの前記周辺部の周りに延在する周辺領域内の表面圧縮応力を有し、前記周辺領域が前記周辺部からある距離だけ延在し、前記周辺領域内の前記残留表面圧縮応力が15MPa〜20MPaであり、前記ガラスシートが、11MPa未満の純張力及び少なくとも25MPaの縁部圧縮を有する残留縁部応力を有する縁部領域を有する、前記ガラスシート。
- 請求項35に記載のガラスシートを備える、車両ガラス、特にフロントガラス、バックライト、サイドウィンドウもしくはサンルーフ、または建物用の板ガラス。
- 請求項1〜20または請求項31〜34のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスを備える、車両ガラス、特にフロントガラス、バックライト、サイドウィンドウ、またはサンルーフ。
