Abstract
Description
i)第1の手順によって第1の厚さを有する所望の形状に形成された第1のガラスシートを提供するステップと、
ii)第2の手順によって第2の厚さを有する所望の形状に形成された第2のガラスシートを提供するステップと、
iii)第1のガラスシートと第2のガラスシートとの間に位置する中間層を提供するステップと、
iv)中間層材料をガラスシートに接着させるのに十分な温度および圧力で、第1および第2のガラスシートならびに中間層をともに積層するステップと、を含み、
該プロセスが、
v)積層後に、第2のガラスシートの形状が第1のガラスシートの形状と実質的に同じになるように、中間層材料を2つのガラスシートに接着させるための積層中に、第1のガラスシートと実質的に同じ形状に成形された鋳型を第2のガラスシートに対して適用するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、プロセスが提供される。
i)第1の手順によって第1の厚さを有する所望の形状に形成された第1のガラスシートを提供するステップと、
ii)第2の手順によって第2の厚さを有する所望の形状に形成された第2のガラスシートを提供するステップと、
iii)第1のガラスシートと第2のガラスシートとの間に位置する中間層を提供するステップと、を含み、
iv)第1および第2のガラスシートならびに中間層が、中間層材料を2つのガラスシートに接着させるように、90℃〜132℃の範囲内の温度および8〜16バールの範囲内の圧力でともに積層され、積層後、第2のガラスシートの形状が、第1のガラスシートの形状と実質的に同じであることを特徴とする、プロセスが提供される。
v)積層中に第2のガラスシートに対して鋳型を適用するステップであって、鋳型が、第1のガラスシートと実質的に同じ形状に成形される、ステップをさらに含む。
vi)積層前に、第2のガラスシートと、第1のガラスシートと実質的に同じ形状に成形された鋳型との間に箔層を提供するステップをさらに含む。
第1のガラスシートが、第1のガラス外面および第1のガラスシート内面を含み、
第2のガラスシートが、第2のガラスシート外面および第2のガラスシート内面を含み、
第1のガラスシート内面および第2のガラスシート内面が、中間層の最も近くに位置し、
積層板ガラス上の所与の点について、本発明の第1の態様のプロセスによって生産された積層板ガラス上の所与の点の第1のガラスシートの曲率と第2のガラスシートの曲率との差が、有意に低い値のものであり、受け入れられるほどに低い値の透過の光学的屈折力が提供される、積層板ガラスが提供されることが好ましい。つまり、積層板ガラスが取り付けられる車両の運転者によって見られる歪みは、低レベルである。
図2において、本発明の第1の態様に従って車両のフロントガラスなどの積層板ガラスを調製する第1の方法の一実施形態の概略図180が図示される。
図3において、本発明の第1の態様に従って車両のフロントガラスなどの積層板ガラスを調整する第2の方法の模式図200が図示される。
本発明の第1の態様に従う方法の提案された有利な効果の証拠を提供するために、曲率試験の偏向測定を使用して、積層板ガラスおよび個々のガラスシートを試験した。
Claims (24)
- 積層板ガラスを調製するためのプロセスであって、
i)第1の手順によって第1の厚さを有する所望の形状に形成された第1のガラスシートを提供するステップと、
ii)第2の手順によって第2の厚さを有する所望の形状に形成された第2のガラスシートを提供するステップと、
iii)前記第1のガラスシートと前記第2のガラスシートとの間に位置する中間層を提供するステップと、
iv)前記中間層材料を前記ガラスシートに接着させるのに十分な温度および圧力で、前記第1および第2のガラスシートならびに前記中間層をともに積層するステップと、を含み、
前記プロセスが、
v)積層後に、前記第2のガラスシートの形状が前記第1のガラスシートの形状と実質的に同じになるように、前記中間層材料を前記2つのガラスシートに接着させるための積層中に、前記第1のガラスシートと実質的に同じ形状に成形された鋳型を前記第2のガラスシートに対して適用するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、プロセス。 - 積層板ガラスを調製するためのプロセスであって、
i)第1の手順によって第1の厚さを有する所望の形状に形成された第1のガラスシートを提供するステップと、
ii)第2の手順によって第2の厚さを有する所望の形状に形成された第2のガラスシートを提供するステップと、
iii)前記第1のガラスシートと前記第2のガラスシートとの間に位置する中間層を提供するステップと、を含み、
iv)前記第1および第2のガラスシートならびに前記中間層が、前記中間層材料を前記2つのガラスシートに接着させるように、90℃〜132℃の範囲内の温度および8〜16バールの範囲内の圧力でともに積層され、積層後、前記第2のガラスシートの形状が、前記第1のガラスシートの形状と実質的に同じであることを特徴とする、プロセス。 - 前記第1のガラスシートの厚さが、前記第2のガラスシートの厚さと異なる、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- ステップiv)において、積層が、90℃〜132℃の範囲内の温度および8〜16バールの範囲内の圧力で生じる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- ステップiv)において、積層が、100℃〜110℃の範囲内の温度で生じる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- ステップiv)において、積層が、オートクレーブ内で生じる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記中間層が、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1のガラスシートを前記所望の形状に形成するための前記第1の手順が、プレス曲げを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記第2のガラスシートを前記所望の形状に形成するための前記第2の手順が、重力たわみ曲げを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記第2の平坦なガラスシートの厚さが、0.2mm〜1.4mmの範囲内である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1のガラスシートの前記厚さが、1.4mm〜2.5mmの範囲内である、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- vi)積層前に、前記第2のガラスシートと、前記第1のガラスシートと実質的に同じ形状に成形された前記鋳型との間に箔層を提供するステップをさらに含む、請求項1または3〜11のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1のガラスシートと実質的に同じ形状に成形された前記鋳型が、ガラス、セラミック、または金属からなる、請求項12に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1のガラスシートと実質的に同じ形状に成形された前記鋳型が、第3のガラスシートを含む、請求項12または13に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第3のガラスシートが、プレス曲げガラスシートを含む、請求項14に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第3のガラスシートの厚さが、1.4mm〜2.5mmの範囲内である、請求項14または15に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1および第3のガラスシートが、単一プレス曲げバッチプロセスで調製される、請求項1または3〜16のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記箔層が、0.05mm〜0.2mmの範囲内の厚さを含む、請求項12〜17のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記箔層が、非粘着性フィルムを含む、請求項12〜18のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記箔層が、非粘着性ポリエステルフィルムを含む、請求項12〜19のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- vii)前記第3のガラスシートおよび前記箔層を、前記積層された第1および第2のガラスシートから取り除くステップをさらに含む、請求項14〜20のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1〜21のいずれかに記載のように調製された、車両における使用に好適な積層板ガラス。
- 前記板ガラスが、積層中に前記第1のガラスシートと実質的に同じ形状に成形された鋳型を前記第2のガラスシートに対して適用しない積層法によって調製された積層板ガラスと比較して、光学的屈折力の37%の改善を含む、請求項22に記載の積層板ガラス。
- 請求項1〜21のいずれかに記載のように調製された、積層板ガラスの車両における使用。
