Claims (10)
- 非化学強化外側ガラス板、
化学強化内側ガラス板、および
該外側ガラス板と該内側ガラス板の中間にある少なくとも1つのポリマー中間層、
を備えた合わせガラス構造において、
前記内側ガラス板の厚さは、約0.5mmから約1.5mmに及び、
前記外側ガラス板の厚さは、約1.5mmから約3.0mmに及ぶ、
合わせガラス構造。 - 前記内側ガラス板の厚さが、約0.5mmから約1.5mmに及び、
前記外側ガラス板の厚さが、約1.5mmから約3.0mmに及び、
前記ポリマー中間層の厚さが、約0.4mmから約1.2mmである、請求項1記載の合わせガラス構造。 - 前記外側ガラス板が、ソーダ石灰ガラスおよび焼き鈍しガラスからなる群より選択される材料から構成される、請求項1または2記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 前記合わせガラス構造が、自動車のフロントガラス、サンルーフまたはカバープレートである、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 前記内側ガラス板が、約250MPaと約900MPaの間の表面圧縮応力を有する、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 前記内側ガラス板が、約250MPaと約350MPaの間の表面圧縮応力および約20μm超の圧縮応力のDOLを有する、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 前記中間層に隣接した前記外側ガラス板の表面が酸エッチングされているか、または前記中間層と反対の前記内側ガラス板の表面が酸エッチングされているか、もしくは前記中間層に隣接した前記外側ガラス板の表面および該中間層と反対の前記内側ガラス板の表面の両方が酸エッチングされている、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 非化学強化外側ガラス板、
化学強化内側ガラス板、および
該外側ガラス板と該内側ガラス板の中間にある少なくとも1つのポリマー中間層、
を有する合わせガラス構造であって、
前記内側ガラス板が、約250MPaと約900MPaの間の表面圧縮応力を有する、合わせガラス構造。 - 前記内側ガラス板が、約250MPaと約350MPaの間の表面圧縮応力および約20μm超の圧縮応力のDOLを有する、請求項8記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 前記内側ガラス板の厚さが、約0.5mmから約1.5mmに及び、
前記外側ガラス板の厚さが、約1.5mmから約3.0mmに及び、
前記ポリマー中間層の厚さが、約0.4mmから約1.2mmである、請求項8または9記載の合わせガラス構造。
