Description
-内側ガラスシートと呼ばれ、グレージングの内側シートとなるように意図された、0.4~1.1mmの範囲の厚さe2を有するナトリウムアルミノケイ酸塩透明ガラスのシートと、外側ガラスシートと呼ばれ、グレージングの外側シートとなるように意図された、Fe2O3の形態で表して0.6~2.2%の範囲の重量含有量の全鉄を含む化学組成を有するソーダ石灰シリカ着色ガラスのシートとを一緒に曲げる、曲げ工程、ここで、前記内側ガラスシートは、前記外側ガラスシートの上に配置されており、2つのガラスシートは中間層粉末の手段によって隔てられている、次いで
-内側ガラスシートを溶融カリウム塩と接触させる、化学強化工程、次いで
-内側及び外側ガラスシートを積層中間層によって一緒に接合される積層工程。

本発明の実施態様の一部を以下の項目1~14に記載する。
〈項目1〉ソーダ石灰シリカ着色ガラスの外側シートと、0.4~1.1mm、特に0.4~0.7mmの範囲の厚さe2を有する化学的に強化されたナトリウムアルミノケイ酸塩透明ガラスの内側シートとを含む、湾曲した積層グレージングであって、前記外側及び内側シートが積層中間層によって互いに接合されており、前記着色ガラスは、Fe 2 O 3 の形態で表して0.6~2.2%の範囲の合計鉄重量含有量を含む化学組成を有し、前記内側及び外側シートのガラスは、0≦T10 in -T10 out ≦20℃となるように選択され、ここで、T10 in は内側シートのガラスの温度T10であり、T10 out は外側シートのガラスの温度T10であり、前記温度T10は、考慮されるガラスが10 10 dPa.sの粘性を有する温度である、湾曲した積層グレージング。
〈項目2〉前記外側シートの厚さe1が、1.6~2.4mmの範囲内にあるようにされている、項目1に記載の積層グレージング。
〈項目3〉比率R=e2/e1 2 が最大で0.40、特に最大で0.30となるようにされている、項目2に記載の積層グレージング。
〈項目4〉前記温度T10 out が、655~675℃の範囲内であるようにされている、項目1~3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
〈項目5〉前記温度T10 in が、660~680℃の範囲内であるようにされている、項目1~4のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
〈項目6〉T10 in -T10 out ≧5℃となるようにされている、項目1~5のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
〈項目7〉前記着色ガラスが、以下に定義される境界の内側で変化する重量含有量で、以下の成分を含む化学組成を有する、項目1~6のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング:
SiO 2 68~75%
Al 2 O 3 0~3%
CaO+MgO 11~16.2%
MgO 0~6.5%
Na 2 O 9~12.4%
K 2 O 0~1.5%。
〈項目8〉着色ガラスの合計鉄重量含有量が、Fe 2 O 3 の形態で表して、0.7~1.8%、特に0.8~1.5%であるようにされている、項目1~7のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
〈項目9〉前記着色ガラスが、FeOの形態で表される第一鉄の重量含有量と、Fe 2 O 3 の形態で表した合計鉄重量含有量との間の比率として定義される酸化還元比率が0.22~0.31、特に0.24~0.29の範囲にある、項目1~8のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
〈項目10〉前記外側シートは、機械的に補強されていないガラスから作られている、項目1~9のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
〈項目11〉厚さが最大で5mm、特に最大で4.5mm、又は最大で4mmである、項目1~10のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
〈項目12〉二重に湾曲しており、かつ少なくとも20mmの二重曲げ深さを有する、項目1~11のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
〈項目13〉項目1~12のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージングを含む、輸送車両用のグレージング、特に自動車用のグレージング、特にフロントガラス又は屋根用のグレージング。
〈項目14〉以下の連続する工程を含む、項目1~12のいずれか一項に記載の湾曲した積層グレージングを得るための方法:
-内側ガラスシートと呼ばれ、前記グレージングの前記内側シートとなるように意図された厚さe2を有する0.4~1.1mmの範囲のナトリウムアルミノケイ酸塩透明ガラスのシートと、外側ガラスシートと呼ばれ、前記グレージングの前記外側シートとなるように意図された、Fe 2 O 3 の形態で表して0.6~2.2%の範囲の合計鉄重量含有量を含む化学組成を有するソーダ石灰シリカ着色ガラスのシートとを一緒に曲げる、曲げ工程、ここで、前記内側ガラスシートは、前記外側ガラスシートの上に配置されており、2つのガラスシートは、中間層粉末の手段によって隔てられている、次いで
-前記内側ガラスシートを溶融カリウム塩と接触させる、化学強化工程、次いで
-前記内側及び外側ガラスシートを積層中間層によって一緒に接合する、積層工程。
Claims (13)
- ソーダ石灰シリカ着色ガラスの外側シートと、0.4~1.1mmの範囲の厚さe2を有する化学的に強化されたナトリウムアルミノケイ酸塩透明ガラスの内側シートとを含む、湾曲した積層グレージングであって、前記外側及び内側シートが積層中間層によって互いに接合されており、前記着色ガラスは、Fe2O3の形態で表して0.6~2.2%の範囲の合計鉄重量含有量を含む化学組成を有し、前記内側及び外側シートのガラスは、0≦T10in-T10out≦20℃となるように選択され、ここで、T10inは内側シートのガラスの温度T10であり、T10outは外側シートのガラスの温度T10であり、前記温度T10は、考慮されるガラスが1010dPa.sの粘性を有する温度であり、かつ前記温度T10 out が、655~675℃の範囲内であるようにされている、湾曲した積層グレージング。
- 前記外側シートの厚さe1が、1.6~2.4mmの範囲内にあるようにされている、請求項1に記載の積層グレージング。
- 比率R=e2/e12が最大で0.40となるようにされている、請求項2に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記温度T10inが、660~680℃の範囲内であるようにされている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- T10in-T10out≧5℃となるようにされている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記着色ガラスが、以下に定義される境界の内側で変化する重量含有量で、以下の成分を含む化学組成を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング:
SiO2 68~75%
Al2O3 0~3%
CaO+MgO 11~16.2%
MgO 0~6.5%
Na2O 9~12.4%
K2O 0~1.5%。 - 着色ガラスの合計鉄重量含有量が、Fe2O3の形態で表して、0.7~1.8%であるようにされている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記着色ガラスが、FeOの形態で表される第一鉄の重量含有量と、Fe2O3の形態で表した合計鉄重量含有量との間の比率として定義される酸化還元比率が0.22~0.31の範囲にある、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記外側シートは、機械的に補強されていないガラスから作られている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 厚さが最大で5mmである、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 二重に湾曲しており、かつ少なくとも20mmの二重曲げ深さを有する、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージングを含む、輸送車両用のグレージング。
- 以下の連続する工程を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の湾曲した積層グレージングを得るための方法:
