Description

Claims (5)
- ガラス板を製造する方法であって、
(I)ガラスシートの第1の主要面と第2の主要面の間が1.6mm未満の厚さを有する該ガラスシートを提供するステップと、
(II)該ガラスシートの該第1の主要面にスコアリングして境界スコア深さを伴う境界スコアラインを提供するステップであって、該境界スコアラインは、該ガラスシートの中央の目標領域を少なくとも部分的に囲み、該ガラスシートの該中央の目標領域と外周領域の間の分離線を設定し、該外周領域は少なくとも部分的に該ガラスシートの該中央の目標領域を囲む、ステップと、
(III)該ガラスシートの該第1の主要面にスコアリングしてレリーフスコア深さを伴う少なくとも1つのレリーフスコアラインを提供するステップであって、該レリーフスコアラインは前記外周領域に設定され、前記境界スコアラインの方へ伸び、該レリーフスコア深さが前記境界スコア深さより深い、ステップと、
(IV)該ガラスシートの前記中央の目標領域から該ガラスシートの該外周領域を前記分離線に沿って分離するステップと、
を含む方法。 - ステップ(II)が、前記境界スコア深さが前記ガラスシートの厚さの10%から20%であるように、該ガラスシートの前記第1の主要面にスコアリングする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(III)が、前記レリーフスコア深さが前記ガラスシートの厚さの20%から50%であるように、該ガラスシートの前記第1の主要面にスコアリングする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ステップ(III)が、前記中央の目標領域に対して放射状に間隔が置かれ、各々が該中央の目標領域の方向に向かって伸びる、複数のレリーフスコアラインとして、少なくとも1つのレリーフスコアラインを提供する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップ(IV)が、前記外周領域内に配置された、前記中央の目標領域を囲む加力経路に沿って破断力を加えるステップを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
