Description
本発明に係るカテーテル器具1000は、実質的に、針先保護具100、針303、針搬送ユニット、およびカテーテルユニットを備える。
本発明の一実施形態に係る図5を参照すると、針先保護具100は、後側106、前側107、後側106および前側107と接続している外面108、好ましくは円形であり、後側106から前側107まで延びる孔102を有する胴体と、その胴体の前側107から延びる弾性アーム103とを備える。後側106および前側107は実質的に平らであってもよく、実質的に互いに平行であってもよい。孔102は、後側106の面、および前側107の面に実質的に垂直に延びてもよい。孔102は、好ましくは、後側106の中心および前側107の中心に実質的に位置する。直線の仮想上の線L2は、後側106と外面108との間の端部(縁)における点P1、および前側107と外面108との間の端部(縁)において点P1から可能な最短の距離の点P2と一致する。いずれかの対の点P1およびP2において、P1からP2に延びる線L2の一部は、好ましくは、外面108と実質的に一致する。孔102の中心を通して長手方向に延びる直線の仮想上の線L1は、好ましくは、いずれかの線L2の面と実質的に一致する。L1と平行し、孔102を通して長手方向に延びる任意の仮想上の直線は、弾性アームがその静止状態にある場合、結合点105(図5に示さず)と、弾性アーム103の角104との間の表面の点と一致する。結合点105は、前側107と、孔102に最も近接する弾性アーム103の側との間の遷移を画定する端部である。弾性アーム103がその静止状態にある場合、角104は、前側107の面に対する弾性アーム103の急な湾曲を画定する。従って、弾性アーム103はL字形状をなし、L字の水平線は弾性アーム103の後方フック延長部110に対応する。本発明に係る針先保護具100の形状は、従来技術の装置と比べて、カテーテルハブ200から分離する時に保護物(シールド)として作用する利点を有する。従って、その保護具は、中空の針303が取り除かれると、カテーテルハブ200の内側から外側に移動し得る血液または体液の液滴に対してそれ自体で優れた保護を提供する。

- 針先保護具(100)と、針(303)と、針ユニット(300)と、カテーテルユニットとを備える、カテーテル器具(1000)であって、前記カテーテルユニットは、カテーテルハブ(200)と、カテーテル(201)とを備え、前記針先保護具(100)および前記カテーテルハブ(200)は互いから分離可能であり、
前記針(303)は、針先(304)を備え、
前記カテーテルハブ(200)は、カテーテルハブ遠位端およびカテーテルハブ近位端を備え、前記カテーテルハブ遠位端は、そこから延びる前記カテーテル(201)と、カテーテルハブ開口部とを有し、前記カテーテルハブ開口部は、カテーテルハブ環状空間を画定し、
前記針ユニット(300)は、針ユニット遠位端および針ユニット近位端をさらに備え、前記針ユニット遠位端は、そこから延びる前記針(303)を有し、
第1の位置において、前記針(303)は前記カテーテル(201)内に突出し、前記針(303)は、前記針先保護具(100)内に部分的に配置され、前記針ユニット(300)と係合して摺動可能であり、
前記針(303)が完全に引っ込められた第2の位置において、前記針先(304)は前記カテーテル(201)から完全に引き抜かれ、前記針先保護具(100)はその前記針先(304)を遠位で保護し、
停止部材は、完全に引っ込められた第2の位置において前記針先保護具(100)が前記針(303)に対して遠位移動するのを防ぎ、

前記前記1のポリマー材料は、共有結合したOまたはS原子を含む熱可塑性ポリマーであり、前記第2のポリマー材料は、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、またはプロピレン/エチレンコポリマーである、カテーテル器具(1000)。 - 前記第2のポリマー材料は、置換または非置換エテンからの少なくとも1つの重合ポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル器具(1000)。
- 前記針先保護具(100)は、前記準備位置において前記カテーテルハブ環状空間内に配置される、請求項1または2に記載のカテーテル器具(1000)。
- 前記針先保護具(100)は、弾性付勢部分をさらに備え、前記弾性付勢部分は、弾性付勢部分の第1の位置および弾性付勢部分の第2の位置を有し、弾性付勢部分の前記第1の位置は、前記準備位置において前記中空の針(303)の針シャフトに隣接した前記弾性付勢部分により特徴付けられ、弾性付勢部分の前記第2の位置は、前記完全に引っ込められた位置において前記針先(304)を保護する前記弾性付勢部分により特徴付けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル器具(1000)。
- 前記弾性付勢部分は少なくとも1つの弾性アーム(103)を含む、請求項4に記載のカテーテル器具(1000)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接触面が、前記針先保護具(100)および前記カテーテルハブ(200)を取り外し可能に係合するための少なくとも1つの突起部(101)または摩擦要素を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル器具(1000)。
- 前記停止部材は、前記針先保護具(100)または前記針ユニット(300)と係合するための前記針先(304)付近の前記針(303)上の拡張領域(305)を備え、それにより、前記針(303)に対する前記針先保護具(100)の遠位移動を防ぐ、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル器具(1000)。

- 孔(102)と、結合点(105)から延びる弾性アーム(103)とを備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル器具(1000)において組み立てられるポリマー針先保護具(100)であって、
前記弾性アーム(103)は、静止状態を有し、該静止状態から、軸方向において前記孔(102)を通る自由通路を生じるように付勢されることができ、前記弾性アーム(103)は、前記孔(102)を通して延びる中空の針(303)の針先(304)を保護するためのL字形を有する後方フック延長部(110)を一緒に有し、
前記弾性アーム(103)が前記静止状態にある場合、軸方向において前記孔(102)を長手方向に延びる任意の直線の仮想上の線が、前記弾性アーム(103)の前記L字形における前記結合点(105)と内側の角(104)との間の前記弾性アーム(103)の表面上の点と一致し、
