Description
駆動源の動力により回転される入力軸と、
該入力軸と平行に配置された出力軸とを備え、
前記入力軸の回転速度を、駆動ギヤと該駆動ギヤに噛合する従動ギヤとを夫々有するものであって夫々変速比の異なる複数のギヤ列を介して、複数段に変速して前記出力軸から出力する動力伝達装置であって、
複数の前記ギヤ列の駆動ギヤを固定又は回転自在に軸支する駆動ギヤ軸と、
複数の前記ギヤ列の従動ギヤを回転自在に軸支又は固定する前記出力軸と、
前記ギヤ列のうちの何れか1つのギヤ列を選択し、選択されたギヤ列の駆動ギヤと従動ギヤとのうち駆動ギヤ軸又は前記出力軸に回転自在に軸支されるギヤを当該軸に連結して、該選択されたギヤ列による駆動ギヤ軸と前記出力軸との間の動力伝達を可能とする噛合機構と、
運転者の制動操作に応じて駆動輪に制動をかける制動機構と、
走行レンジとパーキングレンジとに切換自在なシフト機構と、
前記出力軸の回転が伝達されるパーキングギヤと、該パーキングギヤに係合して該パーキングギヤの回転を阻止する係合部とを有し、該パーキングギヤの回転を阻止することにより、前記出力軸の回転を阻止するパーキング機構と、
前記噛合機構、前記制動機構、及び前記パーキング機構を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、
前記シフト機構が前記パーキングレンジに切り換えられた場合には、前記運転者の制動操作にかかわらず、制動機構の制動を持続させる制動持続処理を実行し、
前記パーキング機構による前記出力軸の回転を阻止し、再び発進するときのための準備として所定の噛合機構を連結状態とした後で、前記制動持続処理を終了させることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 駆動源の動力により回転される入力軸と、
該入力軸と平行に配置された出力軸とを備え、
前記入力軸の回転速度を、駆動ギヤと該駆動ギヤに噛合する従動ギヤとを夫々有するものであって夫々変速比の異なる複数のギヤ列を介して、複数段に変速して前記出力軸から出力する動力伝達装置であって、
複数の前記ギヤ列の駆動ギヤを固定又は回転自在に軸支する駆動ギヤ軸と、
複数の前記ギヤ列の従動ギヤを回転自在に軸支又は固定する前記出力軸と、
前記ギヤ列のうちの何れか1つのギヤ列を選択し、選択されたギヤ列の駆動ギヤと従動ギヤとのうち駆動ギヤ軸又は前記出力軸に回転自在に軸支されるギヤを当該軸に連結して、該選択されたギヤ列による駆動ギヤ軸と前記出力軸との間の動力伝達を可能とする噛合機構と、
運転者の制動操作に応じて車輪に制動をかける制動機構と、
走行レンジとパーキングレンジとに切換自在なシフト機構と、
前記出力軸の回転が伝達されるパーキングギヤと、該パーキングギヤに係合して該パーキングギヤの回転を阻止する係合部とを有し、該パーキングギヤの回転を阻止することにより、前記出力軸の回転を阻止するパーキング機構と、
前記噛合機構、前記制動機構、及び前記パーキング機構を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、
前記シフト機構が前記パーキングレンジに切り換えられた場合には、前記運転者の制動操作にかかわらず、制動機構の制動を持続させる制動持続処理を実行し、
前記パーキング機構による前記出力軸の回転を阻止し、再び発進するときのための準備として所定の噛合機構を連結状態とした後で、前記制動持続処理を終了させることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1記載の動力伝達装置であって、
路面の勾配を検知可能な勾配検知部を備え、
前記制御部は、勾配を検知したときに、前記制動持続処理を実行することを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
前記パーキングギヤは所定の速段を確立させるための所定ギヤ列を構成するギヤにスプライン結合で一体回転するように設けられることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
前記ギヤ列は駆動ギヤと駆動ギヤの回転が伝達される従動ギヤとを備え、
前記駆動ギヤは、前記駆動ギヤ軸に回転自在に軸支され、
前記従動ギヤは、前記出力軸に固定され、
前記噛合機構は、複数の前記ギヤ列の駆動ギヤのうちの何れかの駆動ギヤを前記駆動ギヤ軸に選択的に連結可能であり、
前記パーキングギヤは、前記駆動ギヤに一体回転するように設けられることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 駆動源の動力により回転される入力軸と、
該入力軸と平行に配置された出力軸とを備え、
前記入力軸の回転速度を、駆動ギヤと該駆動ギヤに噛合する従動ギヤとを夫々有するものであって夫々変速比の異なる複数のギヤ列を介して、複数段に変速して前記出力軸から出力する動力伝達装置の制御方法であって、
複数の前記ギヤ列の駆動ギヤを固定又は回転自在に軸支する駆動ギヤ軸と、
複数の前記ギヤ列の従動ギヤを回転自在に軸支又は固定する前記出力軸と、
前記ギヤ列のうちの何れか1つのギヤ列を選択し、選択されたギヤ列の駆動ギヤと従動ギヤとのうち駆動ギヤ軸又は前記出力軸に回転自在に軸支されるギヤを当該軸に連結して、該選択されたギヤ列による駆動ギヤ軸と前記出力軸との間の動力伝達を可能とする噛合機構と、
運転者の制動操作に応じて駆動輪に制動をかける制動機構と、
走行レンジとパーキングレンジとに切換自在なシフト機構と、
前記出力軸の回転が伝達されるパーキングギヤと、該パーキングギヤに係合して該パーキングギヤの回転を阻止する係合部とを有し、該パーキングギヤの回転を阻止することにより、前記出力軸の回転を阻止するパーキング機構と、
前記噛合機構、前記制動機構、及び前記パーキング機構を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、
前記シフト機構が前記パーキングレンジに切り換えられた場合には、前記運転者の制動操作にかかわらず、制動機構の制動を持続させる制動持続処理を実行する制動持続処理工程と、
前記パーキング機構による前記出力軸の回転を阻止し、再び発進するときのための準備として所定の噛合機構を連結状態とした後で、前記制動持続処理を終了させる終了工程とを有することを特徴とする動力伝達装置の制御方法。
