Claims (5)
- 加圧流体を輸送するための配管接続部(10)であって、前記配管接続部(10)が、ユニオンナット(15)によって共に螺合されている、錘状クランプ接続部分(16)の形態をした2つの管状接続部品(12、14)を備えており、一方の管状接続部品が、他方の管状接続部品に差し込まれている、前記配管接続部(10)において、
前記管状接続部品(12、14)それぞれが、前記管状接続部品(12,14)それぞれの先端部(18,24)に錐状の密封面(21、22)を備えており、前記密封面(21、22)それぞれが、2つの前記密封面(21、22)のうち他方の密封面に当接しており、
前記ユニオンナット(15)が、
前記ユニオンナット(15)を第1の管状接続部品(12)の前記先端部(24)に螺合させるための雌ネジ部を少なくとも部分的に有している管状部分(B)と、
アキシアル方向において第2の管状接続部品(14)を前記第1の管状接続部品(12)に固定するためのカラー(20)であって、前記管状部分(B)の端部に配置されている前記カラー(20)と、
を備えており、
前記カラー(20)が、前記カラー(20)の周囲に沿って分散配置されている複数のスリット(23)を有していることを特徴とする配管接続部(10)。 - 前記スリット(23)が、前記スリット(23)が前記管状部分(B)の内部に至るまで延在することができる、アキシアル方向において計測可能とされるスリット長さ(C)を前記ユニオンナット(15)の内部に有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配管接続部(10)。
- 前記ユニオンナット(15)が、アキシアル方向全長(A)を有しており、
前記スリット(23)が、前記アキシアル方向全長(A)の中央に至るまで延在していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の配管接続部(10)。 - 前記第1の管状接続部品(12)の内側に配置されている前記第2の管状接続部品(14)が、少なくとも前記第2の管状接続部品(14)の前記密封面(21)のアキシアル方向部分において、前記第2の管状接続部品(14)の内側に、遮熱管(30)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の配管接続部(10)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の、流体を輸送するための配管接続部(10)の使用において、
前記流体の温度が常に変化するか、又は前記流体の温度と前記配管接続部(10)の温度との偏差が少なくとも一時的に100Kより大きくなることを特徴とする使用。
