Claims (8)
- ダイヤフラム構造と、前記ダイヤフラム構造を押圧するアクチュエータとを備えた流体制御弁であって、
前記ダイヤフラム構造が、
筒状に形成されており、少なくともその軸方向に前記アクチュエータにより押圧される突出部と、
前記突出部の基端から当該突出部に対して外側へと広がる鍔部と、
前記鍔部の外周に形成されており、他の部材に取り付けられる支持部とを具備し、
前記鍔部が平坦な膜状に形成されており、
前記突出部の先端部が半球状に形成されていることを特徴とする流体制御弁。 - 前記ダイヤフラム構造において前記突出部及び前記鍔部が、前記支持部のみで支持されている請求項1記載の流体制御弁。
- 少なくとも前記鍔部及び前記突出部が、金属薄板から絞り加工により形成されたものである請求項1又は2記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記突出部の内側周面に対してがたなく嵌合しており、前記アクチュエータにより押圧される内部嵌合部材をさらに備えた請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記突出部の内部に収容される球体をさらに備え、
前記アクチュエータが前記球体を介して前記突出部を当該突出部の軸方向に押圧するように構成されている請求項1乃至4いずれかに記載の流体制御弁。 - 前記内部嵌合部材が、前記突出部内において前記球体を保持し、当該球体を介して前記アクチュエータにより押圧されるように構成された請求項4記載の流体制御弁。
- 弁座面が形成された弁座部材と、
前記弁座面に対して接離する着座面を有した弁体部材とをさらに備え、
前記突出部の先端部分が前記弁体部材を押圧するように構成されている請求項1乃至6いずれかに記載の流体制御弁。 - 前記ダイヤフラム構造が、前記支持部よりも剛性が高く、当該支持部が溶接されるフランジ部をさらに備え、
組み付け時において、前記フランジ部が前記弁座部材に形成された押圧面を具備する突条を押圧するように組み付けられる請求項7記載の流体制御弁。
