上記少なくとも1つの流体導管が、上記外側伝導体に沿って長手方向に配置され、かつ、少なくとも部分的にこの第1ノッチ内に位置決めされた流入管を備える、

同軸フィードラインと冷却チャンバとを有する電磁性外科用焼灼プローブが開示される。開示されるプローブは、放射セクションと、放射セクションの遠位端に連結された遠位先端部と、リング様のバルン短絡またはチョーク(これが、プローブの放射パターンを制御し得る)とを有する双極性アンテナ配置を備える。バルン短絡の周りに同軸性に配置された伝導管は、脱イオン水のような冷却液をプローブ内に画定された冷却チャンバに提供する少なくとも1つの流体導管を備える。高周波透過性カテーテルがプローブの外側表面を形成し、そして、潤滑コーティングを備え得る。

Claims (7)
- 焼灼プローブを製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
遠位放射セクションシリンダを同軸フィードラインの内側伝導体の遠位端に結合することと、
遠位先端部を前記遠位放射セクションシリンダに結合することと、
前記同軸フィードラインの外側伝導体上に伝導性材料を含むバルン短絡を配置することであって、前記外側伝導体は、前記内側伝導体にわたって配置され、誘電体は、前記外側伝導体と前記内側伝導体との間に配置される、ことと、
前記バルン短絡内に長手方向のノッチを形成することと、
前記外側伝導体の外側表面上に少なくとも1つの流体導管部材を配置することであって、前記導管部材は、前記ノッチ内に長手方向に配置される、ことと、
前記バルン短絡が前記外側伝導体と伝導管との間の電気接続を提供するように前記バルン短絡の周りに前記伝導管を配置し、前記伝導管の周りに導管を配置することであって、前記導管の遠位端は、前記遠位先端部の近位端に取り付けられる、ことと
を含む、方法。 - 前記伝導管の遠位端は、前記バルン短絡から1/4波長遠位の距離に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。

前記バルン短絡内に一対の半径方向に対向する長手方向のノッチを形成することと、
前記一対の半径方向に対向するノッチのうちの少なくとも1つ内に少なくとも1つのリブを配置することと、
前記バルン短絡が前記外側伝導体と伝導管との間の電気接続を提供するように前記バルン短絡の周りに前記伝導管を配置することと、
前記伝導管の周りに導管を配置することであって、前記導管の遠位端は、前記遠位先端部の近位端に取り付けられる、ことと
を含む、方法。 - 少なくとも1つのリブを配置することは、半径方向に対向する長手方向のノッチのそれぞれの対のそれぞれの内部に一対のリブを配置することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
