Claims (1)
- エンジンの排気管に設置したNOxを還元浄化する尿素SCR触媒と、この触媒の上流に還元剤としての尿素水を供給する尿素水インジェクタと、コントローラと、を備え、
尿素水インジェクタは、
冷却するコンポーネントの温度の昇降に応じて回転速度が増減されるエンジンの可変速冷却ファンの送風の下流に設置され、
コントローラは、
冷却するコンポーネントの温度とファン回転速度との関係を連続的に設定した、被毒回復モード非実施状態の「通常マップ」と、尿素SCR触媒の硫黄被毒を回復させるための、定期的に所定の時間、尿素水の供給を停止し、排気温度を制御して触媒を昇温させる被毒回復モードの実施状態の「高速マップ」を有し、
被毒回復モードの際は、「通常マップ」を「高速マップ」に切り替え、前記の可変速冷却ファンの回転速度をより高速に変更し送風量を増加させ、尿素水インジェクタの雰囲気温度を下げて、インジェクタのオーバーヒートを防止し、
「通常マップ」においては、冷却するコンポーネントの温度が第1所定温度である場合にファン回転速度を第1所定回転速度に設定すると共に、冷却するコンポーネントの温度が第1所定温度よりも高い第2所定温度である場合に第1所定回転速度よりも高回転速度の第2所定回転速度にファン回転速度を設定し、かつ冷却するコンポーネントの温度が第1所定温度から第2所定温度まで高くなるに従ってファン回転速度を第1所定回転速度から第2所定回転速度まで連続的に増加させ、
「高速マップ」においては、冷却するコンポーネントの温度が第1所定温度よりも低い第3所定温度である場合にファン回転速度を第1所定回転速度に設定すると共に、冷却するコンポーネントの温度が第1所定温度と第2所定温度との間の第4所定温度である場合に第2所定回転速度よりも高回転速度の第3回転速度にファン回転速度を設定し、かつ冷却するコンポーネントの温度が第3所定温度から第4所定温度まで高くなるに従ってファン回転速度を第1所定回転速度から第3所定回転速度まで連続的に増加させる、
ことを特徴とするエンジンの排気浄化装置。
