Description
図1には、本実施形態の車両用パネルの接合構造10が適用されたエンジンフード12の要部が示されている。エンジンフード12は、車両内側に配置されたインナパネル20と、車両外側に配置されインナパネル20の外形よりも大きいアウタパネル30と、を含んで構成されている。
つぎに、本実施形態の作用及び効果について説明する。
温度変化によって接着層52が伸長した状態の層厚をT1(想定される最大値)
温度変化によるインナパネル20とアウタパネル30との変位差をΔL(想定される最大値)
とすると、
温度変化による接着層52の伸長率Sは、[数1]となる。
尚、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されない。

Claims (4)
- 線膨張係数が異なる材料で形成された一対の車両用パネルと、
一方の前記車両用パネルの外縁部における端部が折り返されて形成され、中空状に丸められたヘミング端部とパネル同士が重ね合わされた折返部とで構成されたヘミング部と、
他方の前記車両用パネルの外縁部における端部の先端に形成され、前記一方の車両用パネルの前記ヘミング部の前記折返部に向かって突出し、前記ヘミング部の前記折返部に接触するリブ部と、
一対の前記車両用パネルの前記外縁部間に形成され、前記外縁部同士を接合する接着層 と、
を備える車両用パネルの接合構造。 - 前記リブ部が前記ヘミング部の前記折返部に接触する接触位置は、前記ヘミング部の前記折返部の先端からの距離が前記一対の車両用パネルの線膨張係数の違いによる変位差以上になるように設定されている、
請求項1に記載の車両用パネルの接合構造。 - 前記一方の車両用パネルの前記ヘミング部の前記折返部と、前記他方の車両用パネルの前記外縁部の前記端部との隙間に前記接着層が形成されている、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用パネルの接合構造。 - 前記一対の車両用パネルは、車両外側に配置され金属材料で形成されたアウタパネルと、前記アウタパネルの車両内側に配置され樹脂材料で形成されたインナパネルと、で構成されている、
請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用パネルの接合構造。
