Claims (2)
- 表面実装型圧電発振器であって、
発振用増幅器を内蔵した集積回路素子と、
前記集積回路素子と接続される一対の励振電極が形成された圧電振動素子と、
矩形状のセラミック基板が積層されて収納部と外装部とが構成され、収納部に形成された複数の配線パターンと、外装部に形成され前記配線パターンの一部と接続された外部端子とを有する平面視矩形状の絶縁性のベースとがあり、
前記ベースの外装部の底面には、少なくとも4角と長辺に外部端子が形成され、
前記ベースの外装部の底面の一方の長辺に沿って、複数の周波数の位相出力を有する2つ以上の出力用外部端子が形成されており、
前記ベースの配線パターンには、
前記集積回路素子の発振用増幅器の入力側と前記圧電振動素子の他方の励振電極と第1測定用外部端子とを接続する入力側配線パターンと、
前記集積回路素子の発振用増幅器の出力側と前記圧電振動素子の一方の励振電極と第2測定用外部端子とを接続する出力側配線パターンとを少なくとも有しており、
前記ベースの外装部の側面には、前記第1測定用外部端子と第2測定用外部端子とが形成されており、
前記第1測定用外部端子は、前記2つ以上の出力用外部端子に近接する側面の上部、および2つ以上の出力用外部端子をお互いにつなぐ領域に近接する側面の上部には形成しないことを特徴とする表面実装型圧電発振器。 - 請求項1記載の表面実装型圧電発振器であって、前記第2測定用外部端子は、前記出力用外部端子のうち周波数の同位相となる出力用外部端子に近接する側面の上部に形成したことを特徴とする表面実装型圧電発振器。
