Description
(6) (1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載のめっき合金より構成される溶融めっき層を有するめっき鋼材を、前記めっき合金の融点乃至めっき合金の融点+100℃の範囲内に加熱、1分以内保持し、その後、冷却設備にて、水冷又はミスト水冷を行うことを特徴とする(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の溶融Mg-Zn系合金めっき鋼材の製造方法。

Claims (6)
- 40原子%以上の Zn、35原子%超55原子%以下のMgを含有し、さらに、元素群BをAl、Ca、Y又はLaとした時、Ca単独で1.3〜15原子%以下、あるいはCaと元素群Bより選択される他の元素の1種又は2種以上を合計で1.3〜15原子%以下含有し、残部が不可避不純物より構成される合金めっき層を有することを特徴とする溶融Mg-Zn系合金めっき鋼材。
- 40原子%以上の Zn、35原子%超55原子%以下のMgを含有し、さらに、元素群BをAl、Ca、Y又はLaとした時、Ca単独で2〜15原子%以下、あるいはCaと元素群Bより選択される他の元素の1種又は2種以上を合計で2〜15原子%以下含有し、残部が不可避不純物より構成される合金めっき層を有することを特徴とする溶融Mg-Zn系合金めっき鋼材。
- 元素群AをSi、Ti、Cr、Cu、Fe、Ni、Zr、Nb、Mo又はAgとした時、さらに、元素群Aの元素の1種又は2種以上の合計を0.03〜5原子%含有する請求項1又は2に記載の溶融Mg-Zn系合金めっき鋼材。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の溶融めっき層中に、金属間化合物Zn3Mg7が含有され、X線強度比(X線回折角2θ(0〜90°)に現れる全ての回折ピーク強度(ただし、回折角34.8°は除く)総和中で、Zn3Mg7の回折ピーク強度(ただし、回折角34.8°は除く)が占める割合)で10%以上であることを特徴とする溶融Mg-Zn系合金めっき鋼材。
- めっき層と鋼材界面に、Ni、Cu、Sn、Cr、Co又はAgから選ばれる1種又は2種以上のプレめっき層を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の溶融Mg-Zn系合金めっき鋼材。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のめっき合金より構成される溶融めっき層を有するめっき鋼材を、前記めっき合金の融点乃至めっき合金の融点+100℃の範囲内に加熱、1分以内保持し、その後、冷却設備にて、水冷又はミスト水冷を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の溶融Mg-Zn系合金めっき鋼材の製造方法。
