Claims (4)
- 配線基板と立体回路部品との電気接続構造であって、
前記配線基板は、切欠孔と、前記切欠孔の周辺部に形成された第1導電部と、を備え、
前記立体回路部品は、本体部と、前記本体部から外側に張り出したフランジ部と、前記配線基板の切欠孔に嵌合される凸部と、前記凸部に形成された爪部と、前記爪部に形成された第2導電部と、を備え、
前記爪部と前記フランジ部との間に前記配線基板が挟み込まれることで、前記立体回路部品が前記配線基板に機械的に固定されるとともに、前記爪部の第2導電部が前記配線基板の第1導電部に電気的に接続され、
前記立体回路部品は、MID技術を用いて形成されており、
前記第2導電部は、前記爪部の前記フランジ部と対向する面から、前記凸部の側面、前記フランジ部の前記凸部側の面、前記フランジ部の側面、前記フランジ部の前記本体部側の面を介して、前記本体部の側面まで延びていることを特徴とする電気接続構造。 - 前記立体回路部品は、前記配線基板に装着するためのバヨネット部をさらに備え、
前記バヨネット部は、前記凸部の側面に突出された係止突起と、前記フランジ部に形成された弾性挟持片とを備え、
前記立体回路部品は、前記凸部を前記切欠孔に嵌合させ且つ回転させたときに、前記係止突起と前記弾性挟持片との間に前記配線基板が進入して挟み込まれることで、バヨネット式に前記配線基板に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気接続構造。 - 前記立体回路部品の本体部は、半導体発光素子を搭載するための搭載部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気接続構造。
- 請求項3に記載の電気接続構造と、
前記半導体発光素子からの光を制御する光学部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両用灯具。
