Description
本願は、2011年1月21日に出願された「CURRENT CONDITIONER WITH REDUCED TOTAL HARMONIC DISTORTION」と称する米国仮特許出願第61/423,258号明細書からの優先権の利益を主張し、同特許は、あらゆる目的において、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (2)
- 第1の発光ダイオード(LED)グループ、第1のトランジスタおよび第1の抵抗器の第1の直列相互接続と、
第2のLEDグループ、第2のトランジスタおよび第2の抵抗器の第2の直列相互接続とを備える回路において、
前記第2の直列相互接続が前記第1のトランジスタのドレイン端子とソース端子との間に接続され、
前記第1および第2のLEDグループは、前記第1の直列相互接続の両端間に印加される可変電圧によって選択的に起動され、
前記回路が、1組の入力端子側でAC駆動電圧を受信する整流器であって、前記受信したAC駆動電圧を整流し、1組の出力ノード側で前記可変電圧として前記整流した電圧を出力する整流器をさらに備え、
前記第1のLEDグループの陽極は、前記整流器の前記1組の出力ノードの一方と結合され、
前記第1のLEDグループの陰極は、前記第1のトランジスタの前記ドレイン端子と結合され、
前記第1のトランジスタの前記ソース端子は、前記第1の抵抗器の第1の端子と結合され、
前記第1のトランジスタのゲート端子は、前記第1の抵抗器の第2の端子と、前記整流器の前記1組の出力ノードの他方とに結合され、
前記第1および第2のトランジスタが、空乏型MOSFETトランジスタである、
ことを特徴とする回路。 - 請求項1に記載の回路において、
前記第1の抵抗器が、前記第1のトランジスタの前記ソース端子とゲート端子との間に結合され、
前記可変電圧が第1の閾値を超える場合に、前記第1のトランジスタが導電状態から非導電状態へと移行する、
ことを特徴とする回路。
