Claims (3)
- 雄ねじが形成されたシャフトと、
前記シャフトの雄ねじに螺合された雌ねじを有し、前記シャフトの正逆回転で軸線方向に進退する直動体と、
を備えるリニアアクチュエータにおいて、
前記直動体は、
前記雌ねじを有するインナー部材と、
前記インナー部材の外周に相対回転自在に設けられたアウター部材と、
前記インナー部材と前記アウター部材との隙間に封入された磁気粘性流体と、
前記磁気粘性流体を通過する磁場を発生させるための磁場発生手段と、
を含むことを特徴とするリニアアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータにおいて、
前記インナー部材および前記アウター部材は、軸線方向に直交しかつ互いに対向した環状面をそれぞれ有し、
前記磁気粘性流体は、前記インナー部材の環状面と前記アウター部材の環状面との隙間に介在しており、
前記磁場発生手段は、前記インナー部材の環状面と前記アウター部材の環状面との隙間に介在する磁気粘性流体を軸線方向に通過する磁場を発生させるものである、ことを特徴とするリニアアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータにおいて、
前記インナー部材の外周部に、周方向の凹状および凸条が形成され、
前記アウター部材の内周部に、前記インナー部材の前記凹条に入り込んだ凸条と、前記インナー部材の前記凸条が入り込んだ凹条とが形成され、
前記磁気粘性流体は、前記インナー部材の凹凸条と前記アウター部材の凹凸条との隙間に介在しており、
前記磁場発生手段は、前記インナー部材の凹凸条と前記アウター部材の凹凸条との隙間に介在する磁気粘性流体を軸線方向に通過する磁場を発生させるものである、ことを特徴とするリニアアクチュエータ。
