Claims (2)
- クロムモリブデン鋼から成る被鍛造部材の表面処理方法であって、前記被鍛造部材の表面に、液体と平均粒径が約150μmのステンレス砥粒との混合物であるスラリを圧搾空気と混合して噴射し、前記被鍛造部材の表面に深さ0.5μm〜2.00μm,開口巾75μm〜150μmの凹所を無数に設けることを特徴とする被鍛造部材の表面処理方法。
- 請求項1記載の被鍛造部材の表面処理方法において、前記凹所の開口面積は0.006〜0.023mm2であることを特徴とする被鍛造部材の表面処理方法。
