Claims (1)
- ビッカース硬度が200〜400Hvの伸線用長尺材から成るワークに、圧縮空気とともに液体と下記の砥粒との混合物であるスラリを噴射して、前記ワークの表面に生じた酸化スケールを除去するスラリ噴射部が設けられた酸化スケール除去装置であって、前記スラリ噴射部は前記ワークの長さ方向に所定間隔で且つ夫々の前記スラリの該ワークに対するスラリ噴射位置が異なるように設けられ、また、前記スラリ噴射部に前記スラリを圧送するスラリ圧送部が設けられ、このスラリ圧送部は、ケーシング内に回転体が設けられたもので、このケーシングの底部にはスラリ導入口部が設けられ、このケーシングの底部の周囲に連設される側壁部にはスラリ導出口部が設けられ、前記回転体と前記ケーシングの側壁部との間に形成されるスラリ通過路は、前記スラリ導出口部に向かって徐々に広くなるように構成されており、前記回転体には該回転体の回転中心部から放射方向に長さを有し且つ回転方向に凸湾曲する羽根部が所定間隔を介して複数設けられ、この羽根部は、前記回転体の回転中心部から外方へ行くに従い幅が肉厚となり金属製の芯材の表面に合成樹脂が被覆された断面円弧状に構成され、また、前記スラリ導入口部から前記ケーシング内に導入された前記スラリは、前記羽根部により前記回転体の回転中心部から放射方向に誘導されて前記スラリ導出口部から圧送導出されるように構成されており、前記ケーシングの底部は前記スラリ導入口部に向けて下り傾斜の勾配を有し、この底部の勾配は8〜12度であることを特徴とする酸化スケール除去装置。
