Description

Claims (7)
- 分散したナノ粒子を均等に含む、高電圧で使用するための連続した自由形状の熱可塑性誘電体膜(31)の形成方法であって、
押し出し機(20)内に熱可塑性粒体を供給するステップと、
液体キャリア中で懸濁しているナノ粒子を含む2次供給物を注入してナノ複合体を形成するステップと、
前記2次供給物を前記押し出し機(20)内に注入しながら前記2次供給物を超音波生成器によって連続的に混合するステップと、
前記ナノ複合体を冷却されたローラ(26)上に予め設定した速度で押し出すことにより、前記誘電体膜(31)の結晶構造の制御を可能にするステップと、を含み、
前記ナノ粒子は、各々が前記熱可塑性粒体内の電子のド・ブロイ波長よりも大きな直径を有さないように幾何学的に制御される、方法。 - 前記2次供給物は、フローセル(29)によってさらに超音波処理される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノ粒子は二酸化チタンを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記液体キャリアはトルエンである、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記液体キャリアは酢酸エチルである、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 追加の電子を提供するように選択されたナノ粒子の追加供給物を注入するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記追加供給物内のナノ粒子は銀を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
