Claims (10)
- 分散したナノ粒子を均等に含む連続した自由形状の熱可塑性誘電体膜の形成方法であって、
押し出し機内に熱可塑性粒体を供給するステップと、
液体キャリア中で懸濁しているナノ粒子を含む2次供給物を注入してナノ複合体を形成するステップと、
前記複合体を冷却されたローラ上に予め設定した速度で押し出すことにより、ナノ複合膜の結晶構造の制御を可能にするステップと、を含み、
前記2次供給物は、前記押し出し機内に注入されながら超音波生成器によって連続的に混合される、方法。 - 前記ナノ粒子は、ポリマー内の電子のド・ブロイ波長未満の直径を有するように幾何学的に制御される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記2次供給物は、フローセルによってさらに超音波処理される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子は二酸化チタンを含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記揮発性キャリアはトルエンである、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記揮発性キャリアは酢酸エチルである、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 機械は、第2の粒子供給部を備え、粒子は、追加の電子を提供するように選択される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の粒子供給部内の粒子は銀を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法によって形成された連続した自由形状の誘電体膜。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法によって形成された連続した自由形状の誘電体膜であって、該膜は、放射線耐性を高めるようにポリスチレンを含む、連続した自由形状の誘電体膜。
