Description
本発明の特別な実施形態では、較正位置は、完全に伸長した状態における可動部の位置と一致する。このように、正確な位置、すなわち「ブロック上の」位置が、較正の絶対測定値として与えられる。
モータ1は、高さ調整のためにスピンドル5を駆動する。中間部3との相互作用によって、スピンドルはモータの回転を横方向の運動に変換し、これによって、上方推力ロッド2の、およびしたがってモータの、および該当する場合は上方推力ロッドに配置された家具の上部の、持上げまたは下降が生じる。2つのローラ同士の間のスチールベルトの接続によって、中間部3に対する上方推力ロッド2の動きは下方推力ロッド4にも伝達される。ローラ9bは下方推力ロッド4内に可動配置されており、下方推力ロッド4は底部の側22に固定配置されているため、中間部3の持上げまたは下降動作がさらに生じる。
コントローラ(図示せず)によって柱100,101を較正または同期させるために、コントローラがそのゼロ点を設定する固定された基準点が必要である。本発明に係る柱の較正のために、柱100,101が収縮位置から伸長位置に移される。好ましい実施形態では、較正は最大伸長位置で起こるため、限界停止面14がスピンドル5の上限停止具13と有効接触する。たとえばモータ1のトルク上昇によって、スピンドルが中間部3に沿ってこれ以上動かないと認識されると、モータの回転が停止され、コントローラユニットは柱のゼロ点の設定を開始する(リセット)。こうして、柱100,101の基準点が設定される。
Claims (10)
- 長さ調整可能であり較正可能な柱(100,101)であって、較正可能な前記柱(100,101)は、
静止部(4)と、少なくとも1つの可動部(2,3)と、収縮状態と完全に伸長した状態との間で前記柱の長さを調整する駆動機構と、前記駆動機構を制御するための制御部と、較正手段(6)とを含み、
前記制御部は、予め定められた較正位置で長さ調整のための基準点を設定するように構成され、前記可動部(2,3)は前記収縮状態から複数の伸長状態に移行可能であり、較正位置は、部分的に伸長した状態における前記可動部(2,3)の位置と一致する、柱。 - さらなる較正位置は、完全に伸長した状態における前記可動部(2,3)の位置と一致する、請求項1に記載の較正可能な柱(100,101)。
- 前記可動部(2,3)および/または前記静止部(4)は、前記可動部(2,3)が予め定められた位置を越えて動くことを阻止するように適合された阻止手段を含む、請求項1または2に記載の較正可能な柱(100,101)。
- 前記阻止手段は軟層(14a)を有する、請求項3に記載の較正可能な柱(100,101)。
- 前記較正手段(6)は、前記可動部(2,3)による前記較正位置の達成を検出するための検出手段(15,15a)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の較正可能な柱(100,101)。
- 前記較正手段(6)は、前記可動部(2,3)の移動方向に沿って前記静止部および/または前記可動部(2,3)上に配置された複数の検出手段を含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の較正可能な柱(100,101)。
- 前記検出手段は、機械的および/または電気的および/または光学的なスイッチを含む、請求項5または6に記載の較正可能な柱(100,101)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の較正可能な柱(100,101)を少なくとも1本有する家具(200)であって、較正可能な前記柱(100,101)は、静止部(4)と、少なくとも可動部(2,3)と、較正手段とを含み、前記可動部(2,3)は収縮状態から複数の伸長状態に移行可能であり、前記較正位置は、部分的に伸長した状態における前記可動部(2,3)の位置と一致する、家具。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の較正可能な柱(100,101)、または請求項8に記載の較正可能な柱(100,101)を有する家具(200)、を較正するための方法であって、
前記柱(100,101)の可動部(2,3)を、前記柱(100,101)の静止部(4)に対して動かし、較正手段(6)が前記柱(100,101)の前記可動部(2,3)と接触するように前記駆動機構によって予め定められた較正位置に移し、
前記可動部(2,3)を較正のために前記駆動機構によって伸長状態に移行させ、
前記較正位置に達した後に、コントローラユニットが前記柱(100,101)の長さ調整のための基準点の設定を行なう、方法。 - 前記較正は、前記可動部(2,3)が前記較正位置を数回通過することによって達成される、請求項9に記載の較正するための方法。
