Claims (4)
- 回路基板上に形成された少なくとも一つの発光ダイオードを含む発光モジュールと、
前記発光モジュールの下面に結合される放熱板と、
前記放熱板の下部に結合され外部のランプソケットと電気的に結合される電源ベースと、
前記電源ベースを通じて印加される外部電源を発光ダイオードの駆動に適合した駆動電源に変換して発光ダイオードの駆動を制御するLEDドライバーと、を含み、
前記LEDドライバーは外部電源の印加を受ける部分が前記発光モジュールと近い部分には配置され、発光ダイオードの駆動を制御する部分が前記電源ベースと近い部分に配置され、
前記LEDドライバーは、
前記放熱板の内部に実装され前記発光モジュールの下面に配置されて前記電源ベースを通じて外部電源の入力を受けるAC入力部と、
前記AC入力部の下部に配置され前記AC入力部と電気的に連結されて外部電源を前記発光ダイオードに供給される整流電源に変換するスイッチング部と、
前記スイッチング部の下部に配置され前記スイッチングから印加される前記整流電源を用いて前記発光ダイオードを制御するLED出力部と、を含み、
前記AC入力部と前記スイッチング部とが第1の回路基板に設置され、前記LED出力部が前記第1の回路基板から空間的に離隔した第2の回路基板に設置され、前記スイッチング部と前記LED出力部とが、ケーブルを介して電気的に接続されているか、
または、前記AC入力部が第1の回路基板に設置され、前記スイッチング部と前記LED出力部が前記第1の回路基板から空間的に離隔した第2の回路基板に設置され、前記AC入力部と前記スイッチング部とが、ケーブルを介して電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする放熱LEDドライバーを使用したLED電球。 - 前記スイッチング部は、
前記電源ベースを通じて印加される交流電源を整流させるブリッジ回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱LEDドライバーを使用したLED電球。 - 前記LED出力部は、
前記スイッチング部を通じて整流された整流電源を用いて前記発光ダイオードの駆動を制御する駆動ICを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の放熱LEDドライバーを使用したLED電球。 - 前記電源ベースは、
外部のランプソケットと電気的に連結される電源接続部と、
前記電源接続部と前記放熱板との間に形成され前記電源接続部と前記放熱板を絶縁させる絶縁部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱LEDドライバーを使用したLED電球。
