Description
大結晶(LC)、小結晶(SC)、および本発明のサブミクロン結晶(SMC)の異なるZSM−5の結晶径を使用して、上記手順に従って3つのサンプルを調製した。次いで、575℃で2:5の炭素対酸素(C/O)比の水素化処理減圧軽油(VGO)を用いて、固定床マイクロ活性試験ユニットでこれらの触媒を試験した。表1は、各触媒の組成を示す。表2は、75%の一定した変換において決定したこれらの触媒に対して得られた生成収率を示す。この結果は、SMC型ZSM−5を含有する触媒が、最大量のC2−C4オレフィン、特にプロピレンおよびエチレンを生じさせることを示す。このシステムにおける多数の要因および競争反応を考えると、本発明の触媒が以前の触媒よりも優れた結果を提供するであろうことは、驚くべきものであった。本明細書に記載のFCC触媒を用いてFCCプロセスの反応生成混合物を正確にシミュレーションする試みは、構成要素中の多数の変数および競争反応を説明することはできなかった。表2の結果は、本発明が、ブテンを減少させるが、プロピレン生成を有利に最適化することを示す。
Claims (6)
- 重炭化水素供給原料からエチレンおよびプロピレンの生成を増加させるためのFCC触媒であり、その触媒は、
10重量%の超安定Y型ゼオライトと、
30重量%のリン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒であり、前記リン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒は、50nm〜400nmの間の平均粒径を有し、1:2〜1:4の範囲のシリカ対アルミナモル比を有することを特徴とする、リン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒と、
20重量%の擬ベーマイトアルミナと、
40重量%のカオリンと、を含む触媒。 - 前記リン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒が、5〜10重量%のP 2 O 5 として存在する全体のリン濃度を有する、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 前記擬ベーマイトアルミナが、解膠される、請求項1または2に記載の触媒。
- 重炭化水素供給原料からガソリンの生成を増強させるためのFCC触媒であり、その触媒は、
20重量%の超安定Y型ゼオライトと、
30重量%のリン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒であり、前記リン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒は、50nm〜400nmの間の平均粒径を有し、1:2〜1:4の範囲のシリカ対アルミナモル比を有することを特徴とする、リン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒と、
20重量%の擬ベーマイトアルミナと、
30重量%のカオリンと、を含む触媒。 - 請求項1に記載のFCC触媒を製造するための方法であって、その触媒は、
10重量%の超安定Y型ゼオライトと、30重量%のリン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒であり、前記リン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒は、50nm〜400nmの間の平均粒径を有し、1:2〜1:4の範囲のシリカ対アルミナモル比を有することを特徴とする、リン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒と、20重量%の擬ベーマイトアルミナと、40重量%のカオリンと、蒸留水と、を混合し、スラリーを生成することと、
前記スラリーを125℃の温度で乾燥し、顆粒を生成することと、
前記顆粒を、18メッシュ(1000ミクロン)の孔を含む第一の篩を用いて篩にかけることと、
前記篩にかけられた前記顆粒を20メッシュ(841ミクロン)の孔を含む第二の篩を用いて収集することと、
収集された前記顆粒をか焼することと、
か焼された前記顆粒を810℃の温度で6時間、100%の蒸気中で蒸気処理することと、により調整される、方法。 - 請求項4に記載のFCC触媒を製造するための方法であって、その触媒は、
20重量%の超安定Y型ゼオライトと、30重量%のリン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒であり、前記リン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒は、50nm〜400nmの間の平均粒径を有し、1:2〜1:4の範囲のシリカ対アルミナモル比を有することを特徴とする、リン修飾サブミクロンZSM−5触媒と、20重量%の擬ベーマイトアルミナと、30重量%のカオリンと、蒸留水と、を混合し、スラリーを生成することと、
前記スラリーを125℃の温度で乾燥し、顆粒を生成することと、
前記顆粒を、18メッシュ(1000ミクロン)の孔を含む第一の篩を用いて篩にかけることと、
前記篩にかけられた前記顆粒を20メッシュ(841ミクロン)の孔を含む第二の篩を用いて収集することと、
収集された前記顆粒をか焼することと、
か焼された前記顆粒を810℃の温度で6時間、100%の蒸気中で蒸気処理することと、により調整される、方法。
