Claims (8)
- ワークを締結具および/または別の構造体から隔離するように構成されるワッシャー組立体において、
上部と、下部と、該上部と下部との間に設けられた側部と、中心軸とを有した環状のゴム製絶縁部であって、該ゴム製絶縁部は、更に、前記下部から軸方向に突出し前記ワークの表面に直接接触するように構成される少なくとも1つの突起部と、前記下部から軸方向に延びワークの穴内に篏合される中空の管状部とを有する環状のゴム製絶縁部と、
取外すことのできない一体物をなすように前記ゴム製絶縁部の前記上部に永久固定される金属強化部材とを具備し、
前記少なくとも1つの突起部は、通常作動状態中に圧縮されるように構成され、
前記金属強化部材は、前記通常作動状態中よりも該ワッシャー組立体に大きい力が印加される最大作動状態中に圧縮されるように構成されており、かつ、前記ワークの表面に接触しないように構成されており、
前記金属強化部材は、等間隔に設けた屈曲部を有する金属ワッシャー、又は波形のワッシャーを具備する、ワッシャー組立体。 - 少なくとも1つの前記突起部は少なくとも1つの周方向リブを具備する請求項1に記載のワッシャー組立体。
- 等間隔に設けた屈曲部の各々は、頂点において連結された傾斜ビーム部を具備する請求項1に記載のワッシャー組立体。
- 前記金属強化部材は前記ゴム製絶縁部に永久的に接合されている請求項1に記載のワッシャー組立体。
- 貫通穴を有するワークと、
頭部と一体に連結され前記貫通穴に挿通されるシャフトを有した締結具と、
前記締結具が前記ワークと直接接触しないように、前記ワークを前記締結具および/または別の構造体から隔離するように構成されるワッシャー組立体であって、該ワッシャー組立体が、
上部と、下部と、該上部と下部との間に設けられた側部と、中心軸とを有した環状のゴム製絶縁部であって、該ゴム製絶縁部は、更に、前記下部から軸方向に突出し前記ワークの表面に直接接触するように構成される少なくとも1つの突起部と、前記下部から軸方向に延びワークの前記貫通穴内に篏合される中空の管状部とを有する環状のゴム製絶縁部と、
取外すことのできない一体物をなすように前記ゴム製絶縁部の前記上部に永久固定される金属強化部材とを具備し、
前記少なくとも1つの突起部は、通常作動状態中に圧縮されるように構成され、
前記金属強化部材は、前記通常作動状態中よりも該ワッシャー組立体に大きい力が印加される最大作動状態中に圧縮されるように構成されており、かつ、前記ワークの表面に接触しないように構成されているワッシャー組立体とを具備し、
前記金属強化部材は、屈曲部を有する金属ワッシャー、又は波形のワッシャーを具備する、システム。 - 少なくとも1つの前記突起部は少なくとも1つの周方向リブを具備する請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 各屈曲部は頂点において連結された傾斜ビーム部を具備する請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記金属強化部材は前記ゴム製絶縁部に永久的に接合されている請求項5に記載のシステム。
