Description
円弧状の連結部材は、セグメントの長辺よりも長くなければ、セグメントの長辺と同等の円周長さを有するように形成してもよいし、セグメントの長辺を複数に分割した長さに形成してもよい。円弧状の連結部材をセグメントの長辺と同等の円周長さを有するように形成すると、部品点数が少なくなり、取り扱いが便利である。
図1は、風力発電の主軸支持等に用いられる大型円すいころ軸受の一部を示すものであり、この円すいころ軸受は、内輪11とその外周に同芯状に配置された外輪12、前記内輪11の内輪軌道13とこれに対向した外輪12の外輪軌道14との間に配置される円すいころ15、前記円すいころ15を一定間隔に保持する保持器16によって構成される。
以上の実施形態では、断面コ字形の小径側連結部材35aと大径側連結部材35bを、それぞれセグメント21の小径長辺33aと大径長辺33b長辺の円周方向長さと同等の円周長さを有するように形成しているが、図11及び図12に示すように、断面コ字形の小径側連結部材35aと大径側連結部材35bを、円周方向に複数に分割してもよい。図11及び図12に示す実施形態では、断面コ字形の小径側連結部材35aと大径側連結部材35bを3分割している。

Claims (5)
- 円周上に2個以上配置されるセグメントによって構成されるころ軸受の保持器において、各セグメントが、長方形の対向する長辺相互間に設けられた複数本の柱部と、各柱部間に設けられたころを保持する複数のポケットとを有し、各セグメントを円周方向に並べた状態で、隣接するセグメントの対向する長辺の少なくとも一方に跨るようにスライド可能に嵌められる断面コ字形の円弧状の連結部材を備えることを特徴とするころ軸受の保持器。
- 前記円弧状の連結部材の円周長さが、セグメントの長辺と同等の円周長さに形成していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のころ軸受の保持器。
- 前記断面コ字形の円弧状の連結部材の先端縁に、対向する凸状部を形成し、この凸状部が嵌る凹状溝をセグメントの長辺の表裏両面にそれぞれ形成し、この凸状部と凹状溝とが嵌り合って連結部材の軸方向への抜け止めがなされた請求項1又は2記載のころ軸受の保持器。
- 前記断面コ字形の円弧状の連結部材の内面側に係合凸部を設け、各セグメントの連結部材を隣接するセグメントの長辺に跨るようにスライドさせた状態で、前記連結部材の係合凸部が嵌る係合凹部をセグメントの長辺に設け、係合凸部と係合凹部の嵌め合いにより、組込み時における前記連結部材の円周方向の位置を位置決めした請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のころ軸受の保持器。
- 断面コ字形の円弧状の連結部材が機械加工又はプレス成型した銅系又は鉄系金属材料からなり、前記連結部材の係合凸部をセグメントの係合凹部に嵌め入れた状態で、前記連結部材を加締めて前記連結部材の円周方向へのスライドを抑止したことを特徴とする請求項4記載のころ軸受の保持器。
