Claims (5)
- 機械ハウジング(1)と、少なくとも1つのインペラ(3)を支持するロータシャフト(2)と、少なくとも1つの能動型磁気軸受(5A,5B)を備える軸受装置と、少なくとも1つのギャップセンサ(6A,6B)と、このギャップセンサ(6A,6B)に接続された、能動型磁気軸受(5A,5B)を制御するための制御機器(8)とを有するターボ機械であって、ギャップセンサ(6A,6B)によって位置決定をするために、ロータシャフト(2)に、ギャップセンサ(6A,6B)と協働するターゲット面(7A,7B)が配設されている形式のものにおいて、
ターゲット面(7A,7B)として、ロータシャフト(2)のベース材料上に形成されたリング状の銅層が設けられていること、及び、半径方向の位置決定をするためのギャップセンサ(6A)が設けられており、銅層が、ロータシャフト(2)の外径の溝(9A)内に配設されていることを特徴とするターボ機械。 - 銅層が、同じ高さでロータシャフト(2)の表面に統合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ機械。
- 付加的に、軸方向の位置決定をするためのギャップセンサ(6B)が設けられており、銅層が、ロータシャフト(2)の端面の溝(9B)内に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のターボ機械。
- 銅層と協働する複数のギャップセンサ(6A,6B)が、周方向に分配配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のターボ機械。
- 軸受装置が、少なくとも1つの軸方向用の能動型磁気軸受(5B)と少なくとも1つの半径方向用の能動型磁気軸受(5A)を備え、両磁気軸受(5A,5B)の制御をするために、それぞれ、少なくとも1つのギャップセンサ(6A,6B)と、1つの、ロータシャフト(2)上の銅層から成るターゲット面(7A,7B)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のターボ機械。
