Claims (9)
- 電気コネクタアセンブリ(100)であって、
ワイヤアセンブリ(102)を保持するために、前端(122)と後端(124)を有し且つ前記前端から前記後端に軸方向へ延出するハウジングチャネル(126)を含むハウジング(120)と、
前端(152)と後端(154)を有するスタビライザ(104)であって、前記前端から延出する支持部(158)を含み、前記支持部が前記スタビライザの長手軸(150)に沿う支持チャネル(160)を有し、前記ハウジングの前記後端へ結合されて前記支持チャネルが前記ハウジングチャネルと整列して対応する前記ワイヤアセンブリを中に受け入れるスタビライザ(104)と、
前記スタビライザを前記ハウジングに保持する前部保持機能部(130)と、
前記ワイヤアセンブリを前記スタビライザに保持する後部保持機能部(132)と
を備え、
前記スタビライザ(104)は、前記ハウジングの前記後端(124)に前記ハウジング(120)の後部溝区域(202)に沿って延出するタブ(168)を含み、
前記前部保持機能部(130)は、前記タブに係合して前記スタビライザを前記ハウジングに固定する電気コネクタアセンブリ(100)。 - 前記スタビライザ(104)の前記前端(152)は、前記ワイヤアセンブリ(102)の各々のシール(114)の背面(116)に当接して前記ワイヤアセンブリの振動を防止する請求項1に記載の電気コネクタアセンブリ(100)。
- 前記支持部(158)は、前記ハウジングチャネル(126)内での前記ワイヤアセンブリ(102)の後方移動を停止する請求項1に記載の電気コネクタアセンブリ(100)。
- 前記支持部(158)は、前記ハウジングチャネル(126)内に収容される請求項1に記載の電気コネクタアセンブリ(100)。
- 前記前部保持機能部(130)は、前記スタビライザ(104)を前記ハウジング(120)内に押圧して前記スタビライザを保持するストラップを備える請求項1に記載の電気コネクタアセンブリ(100)。
- 前記後部保持機能部(132)は、前記ワイヤアセンブリ(102)を前記支持チャネル(160)に押圧して前記ワイヤアセンブリを前記スタビライザ(104)に軸方向へ取り付けるストラップを備える請求項1に記載の電気コネクタアセンブリ(100)。
- 前記スタビライザ(104)は、前記支持部(158)の半径方向外方へ配置されるタブ(168)を含み、
前記タブと前記支持部との間に隙間(172)が画定され、
前記ハウジングの前記後端(124)は、前記隙間内に配置され、
前記前部保持機能部(130)は、前記タブを前記ハウジングに向けて押圧して前記スタビライザを前記ハウジングに固定する請求項1に記載の電気コネクタアセンブリ(100)。 - 更に、前記ハウジング(120)に結合される端子位置保証装置(136)を備え、
前記端子位置保証装置は、前記ワイヤアセンブリ(102)の対応する端子(110)の背後に配置されて前記ワイヤアセンブリを前記ハウジングチャネル(126)に軸方向へ固定する戻り止め(198)を有する請求項1に記載の電気コネクタアセンブリ(100)。 - 前記ワイヤアセンブリ(102)は、各々が前記ワイヤの後端に取り付けられた前記ワイヤアセンブリの対応する端子(110)の後部の前記ワイヤアセンブリのワイヤ(112)に取り付けられたシール(114)を備え、
前記ワイヤアセンブリは、前記シールが前記ハウジングの前記前端(122)から離れ且つ前記ハウジングの前記後端(124)から離れて軸方向へ配置されるように前記ハウジングチャネル(126)内に収容され、
前記支持部(158)は、前記対応するハウジングチャネルに装填されて前記シールに当接し、前記ハウジングに対する前記ワイヤアセンブリの後方移動を阻止する請求項1に記載の電気コネクタアセンブリ(100)。
