- 陽極材料が塗布された第1の金属箔と、陰極材料が塗布された第2の金属箔と、隔膜として機能する合成樹脂製フィルムと、から成る積層体(5)が巻回された巻回要素(3)と、
電解質と、
2個の集電体(7、9)であって、そのうち一方が前記第1の金属箔と導電的に接続され、他方が前記第2の金属箔と導電的に接続された前記2個の集電体(7、9)と、
金属製の容器(13)と金属製のカバー構成(15)とを有するハウジング(11)と、
を有するバッテリセル(1)であって、
前記容器(13)は、前記巻回要素(3)と前記2個の集電体(7、9)とが前記ハウジング(11)内へとそれを通して挿入される開口部(14)を有し、
前記カバー構成(15)は、カバープレート(23)を有し、前記容器(13)の前記開口部(14)を気密かつ圧密に閉鎖し、
前記カバー構成(15)では、前記ハウジング(11)の内部の前記集電体(7,9)の一方とそれぞれが接触する導電性の接触構成(19)を、前記ハウジング(11)から出して前記カバープレート(23)を気密に貫通させるための貫通構成(25)が形成される、前記バッテリセル(1)において、
前記カバープレート(23)は、中央領域(33)と、当該中央領域(33)を包囲する周縁領域(35)と、を有し、前記中央領域(33)は、前記容器(13)の前記開口部(14)の上方で延在し、前記周縁領域(35)は、前記容器(13)の前記開口部(14)内部で延在し、
前記中央領域(33)は、外に向かって凸面をなし、前記貫通構成(25)は前記中央領域(33)の凸面に位置し、
前記周縁領域(35)は、前記開口部(14)内へと内部に向かって深さがある溝(37)を形成することを特徴とする、バッテリセル(1)。 - 前記中央領域(33)は少なくとも、前記カバープレート(23)の、陽極(43)を形成する接触構成(19)から陰極(41)を形成する接触構成(19)まで延在する部分領域に渡って広がる、請求項1に記載のバッテリセル(1)。
- 前記中央領域(33)は平坦である、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(1)。
- 前記中央領域(33)は、丸みを帯びて前記周縁領域(35)へ移行する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(1)。
- 前記溝(37)は、U字形状の断面を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(1)。
- 前記溝(37)の、内側に位置する側面(38)は、外側に位置する側面(36)よりも高い、請求項5に記載のバッテリセル(1)。
- 前記周縁領域(35)は、外側から前記溝(37)と接する側方に張り出した縁部領域(40)を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(1)。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(1)を有する車両(100)。
