本实用新型公开了一种锂离子动力电池组,目的是提供一种根据检测电池单元参数,可对单个的故障电池单元进行更换,以降低整个动力电池的维修成本的锂离子动力电池组;包括有外壳,所述外壳中设有多个并排的电池单元,所述每个电池单元的电极连接有一弹性导电带,所述弹性导电带将每一个电池单元串连连接,弹性导电带连接电池的外设电极;弹性导电带与电池极片对应处设有开孔,电池极片末端为双倒勾结构,倒勾卡紧于弹性导电带的开孔中;本实用新型降低了动力电池的更换成本;适用于动力电池领域中应用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种动力电池,更具体的说,涉及一种锂离子动力电池组。
背景技术
在现有技术中,锂离子电池动力电池广泛应用于混合动力汽车、电动摩托车等交通工具,是为机动车提供电力的电池,所以称之为动力电池,在动力电池的设计中,由于大型号的动力电池需要克服较多的技术问题,所以一般采用多个小型号动力电池并连的设计结构来增加电池的容量,但是当前动力电池的多个小型号单元电池的连接一般采用激光焊接的方式,在电池容量明显不足时,一般采用整个报废的方式将整个动力电池更换,但往往整个动力电池中,只是个别的电池单元出现故障,对整个电池进行更换太过浪费,当前技术中,动力电池组在个别电池单元故障时无法进行电池单元单独更换的技术缺陷,成为本领域技术人员急待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术目的是克服现有技术中动力电池组无法更换个别故障电池单元的技术问题,提供一种根据检测电池单元参数,可对单个的故意电池单元进行更换,以降低整个动力电池的维修成本的锂离子动力电池组。
为实现以上技术目的,本实用新型的技术方案是
锂离子动力电池组,包括有外壳,其特征是:所述外壳中设有多个并排的电池单元,所述每个电池单元的电极连接有一弹性导电带,所述弹性导电带将每一个电池单元串连连接,弹性导电带连接锂离子动力电池组的外设电极;弹性导电带与电池极片对应处设有开孔,电池极片末端为双倒勾结构,倒勾卡紧于弹性导电带的开孔中。
在本实用新型的实施中,弹性导电带采用了导电铍铜的材料,在电池单元出现膨胀或振动时,不易与电极移位,进而保证了与电池电极的正常导电;电池极片的末端采用倒勾结构,方便了电池的快速置换。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是:通过上述设计,将出现故障的电池单元方便的拆卸更换,保留正常使用状态的电池单元继续使用,本实用新型降低了动力电池的更换成本,设计巧妙、易于实施。

在图1中,本实用新型的锂离子动力电池组结构中,包括有外壳100,所述外壳100中设有多个并排的电池单元102,每个电池单元102的电极连接有一弹性导电带103,所述弹性导电带103将每一个电池单元102串连连接,电池单元102的正负电极分别连接有一条弹性导电带103,两条弹性导电带103连接锂离子动力电池组的外设电极101;弹性导电带103连接电池的两个外设电极101;弹性导电带103与电池极片对应处设有开孔,电池极片末端为双倒勾结构,倒勾卡紧于弹性导电带103的开孔中。在本实用新型弹性导电带103采用了导电铍铜的材料,在电池单元102出现膨胀或振动时,不易与电极移位,进而保证了与电池电极的正常导电;电池极片的末端采用倒勾结构,方便了电池的快速置换。
本实用新型方便对出现故障的电池单元102拆卸更换,保留正常使用状态的电池单元102继续使用,本实用新型降低了动力电池的更换成本,是本领域一个既实用又新型的技术改进。
