Claims (14)
- 心臓の左心耳(「LAA」)を修正する医療器具システムであって、
ある長さを有するシースであって、前記長さいっぱいに延びるシース内腔を画定する前記シースと、
近位端と遠位端との間に延びる送達カテーテルと、前記送達カテーテルの前記近位端と結合されたハンドルと、前記ハンドルと作用的に結合され、前記送達カテーテルの前記遠位端と結合されている医療器具と、を含む送達システムと、を備え、前記医療器具は、
軸を画定するボアを含むハブと、
前記ハブと結合された閉鎖器部分であって、前記シースの遠位部分内にある場合には、閉鎖器非配備位置まで動かされるように構成され、前記シースが前記閉鎖器部分に対して近位方向に動かされたら、閉鎖器配備位置まで動かされるように構成された前記閉鎖器部分と、
第1の端部と第2の端部との間に延びるアンカー部分であって、前記第1の端部は、前記ハンドルと作用的に結合されるように構成され、前記第2の端部は、前記閉鎖器部分と結合されるように構成された、アンカー部分を備え、
前記アンカー部分は、前記閉鎖器部分が前記閉鎖器配備位置に着くと、アンカー非配備位置とアンカー配備位置との間で前記閉鎖器部分に対して動くように構成され、
前記アンカー部分の前記第2の端部は、前記閉鎖器部分と旋回自在に結合され、
前記送達カテーテルは、
前記ハンドルの操作によってアクチュエートされるように構成されたアクチュエータシャフトと、
前記送達カテーテルの前記遠位端から遠位方向に延びる複数のフィンガーと、を備え、
前記複数のフィンガーは、前記ハブをラッチするように、前記アクチュエータシャフトまで延びる、
医療器具システム。 - 前記医療器具は、前記アクチュエータシャフトが前記複数のフィンガーより近位の位置まで近位方向に動くと前記複数のフィンガーが内側のラッチ解除位置に倒れて、前記送達カテーテルから切り離されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記アンカー部分の前記第2の端部は、ヒンジ機構により、前記閉鎖器部分と結合され、前記アンカー部分が前記アンカー非配備位置と前記アンカー配備位置との間で動かされると、前記アンカー部分が前記閉鎖器部分に対して旋回する、請求項1または2に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記アンカー部分の前記第1の端部は、前記アンカー部分を前記アンカー非配備位置と前記アンカー配備位置との間で動かす為に、前記ハブの前記軸に沿って可動である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記ハンドルは、前記アンカー非配備位置と前記アンカー配備位置とにそれぞれ対応する第1の位置と第2の位置との間で可動であるプランジャシャフトを備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記アンカー部分は、それぞれがv形延長部分とつながる複数のアンカーアクチュエータアームを備え、前記v形延長部分は、前記LAAの組織と係合するフックを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記アンカー部分は、前記閉鎖器部分とヒンジ動作自在に結合されたアンカージグザグ部分を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記閉鎖器部分は閉鎖器ジグザグ部分を備え、前記アンカー部分はアンカージグザグ部分を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記閉鎖器部分は、組織成長部材を備え、前記組織成長部材は、前記閉鎖器部分の近位面まで延び、且つ、前記アンカー部分の一部分まで延びる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記送達カテーテルの前記遠位端は、前記医療器具にねじ接続されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記シースは、前記シースの遠位端において、撮像装置を備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記アンカー部分は、前記アンカー部分のアンカーフレームセグメントから延びる歯を備える、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具システム。
- ハブナットが連結されたスプラインスリーブであって、前記アンカー部分の前記第1の端部に結合されたスプラインスリーブと、
前記ハンドルに沿って伸びて前記ハブナットにねじ接続されたアクチュエータシャフトとを備え、
前記アンカー部分の前記第2の端部が前記アンカー部分と前記閉鎖器部分との間の結合箇所において旋回するように、前記ハンドルを介した前記アクチュエータシャフトの動きによって、アンカー非配備位置とアンカー配備位置との間で前記アンカー部分を作動させるように前記ハブナットとスプラインスリーブを直線的に動かす、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具システム。 - 前記閉鎖器部分が近位端と遠位端との間に広がり、
前記閉鎖器部分の前記近位端は、前記ハブに結合され、
前記閉鎖器部分の前記遠位端は、前記アンカー部分の前記第2の端部に旋回可能に結像された閉鎖器フレーム鳩目を備え、
前記アンカー部分から直接的に伸びる歯が前記LAAの組織と係合するように、前記アンカー部分を前記アンカー非配備位置に動かすように前記アンカー部分を内側に向けて旋回させ、前記アンカー部分を前記アンカー配備位置に動かすように前記アンカー部分を外側に向けて旋回させるように、前記アンカー部分の前記第1の端部が作動可能である、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具システム。
