Claims (19)
- 電気機械的デバイスのための軟磁性複合材コアを製造する方法であって、
堆積デバイスを用いて高い透磁率を有する強磁性軟磁性材料の粒子を指向して支持部表面を衝撃する段階と、
高い抵抗率の絶縁境界をそれぞれの粒子について前記粒子の表面上に形成する段階と、
前記堆積デバイス及び/または前記支持部表面を移動して、渦電流損失を抑制するために、前記絶縁境界によって離隔された形状の合致した磁性ドメインの層における前記絶縁境界を有する金属の前記粒子を含み、前記ドメインの実質的に全てがそれぞれ、実質的に凸状の表面を含む第1の表面及び1つ以上の複数の実質的に凹状の表面を含む第2の表面を含む、前記支持部表面上に堆積されたバルク材料を提供する段階と、
前記堆積されたバルク材料を用いて電気機械的デバイスのための軟磁性複合材コアを形成する段階と、を含む、方法。 - 前記支持部表面が前記コアのためのモールドを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記強磁性軟磁性材料が鉄を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記高い抵抗率の絶縁境界がセラミック系材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記高い抵抗率の絶縁境界を形成する段階が、飛翔中にガスを通過するように前記粒子を指向する段階を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持部表面に指向された前記粒子が加熱によって軟化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記軟磁性複合材コアが、高い透磁率、低い保磁力及び高い飽和インダクションを呈する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電気機械的デバイスがモーター固定子またはコアを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記堆積デバイスを移動する段階が、前記堆積デバイスを変位させることなく飛翔中に前記強磁性軟磁性材料の粒子を偏向させる段階を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持部表面から前記堆積されたバルク材料を取り外す段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電気機械的デバイスのための軟磁性複合材コアであって、
前記電気機械的デバイスのためにコアとして形成された堆積されたバルク材料を含み、
前記堆積されたバルク材料が、堆積デバイスから前記堆積されたバルク材料を支持する支持部表面に向けて堆積された強磁性軟磁性粒子の表面近傍及び表面上の高い抵抗率の絶縁境界によって離隔された、形状の合致した磁性体ドメインの連続的な層を含み、前記ドメインの実質的に全てがそれぞれ、実質的に凸状の表面を含む第1の表面及び1つ以上の複数の実質的に凹状の表面を含む第2の表面を含む、軟磁性複合材コア。 - 前記強磁性軟磁性粒子が鉄を含む、請求項11に記載の軟磁性複合材コア。
- 前記高い抵抗率の絶縁境界がセラミック系材料を含む、請求項11に記載の軟磁性複合材コア。
- 前記複合材コアが固定子または回転子である、請求項11に記載の軟磁性複合材コア。
- 前記軟磁性複合材コアが高い透磁率、低い保磁力及び高い飽和インダクションを呈する、請求項11に記載の軟磁性複合材コア。
- 前記軟磁性複合材コアが渦電流損失を抑制する、請求項11に記載の軟磁性複合材コア。
- 前記支持部表面と接触する前記形状の合致した前記磁性ドメインが前記支持部表面に対して形状が合致する、請求項11に記載の軟磁性複合材コア。
- 前記形状が合致した磁性ドメインの連続的な層が、形状が合致した磁性ドメインのそれ以前の層に対して形状が合致する、請求項11に記載の軟磁性複合材コア。
- 各粒子について前記高い抵抗率の絶縁境界が、前記支持部表面から前記バルク材料を取り外す前に、前記堆積デバイスから前記支持部表面への飛しょう中に形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
