Abstract
Pričujoči izum se nanaša na sinhronski hibridni električni stroj s toroidnim navitjem. Posebej se to nanaša na sinhroski hibridni električni stroj, katerega struktura je taka, da v primerjavi s konvencionalnimi motorji podobne konstrukcije omogoča večji specifični navor.
Description
* V tem dokumentu so objavljeni spremenjeni zahtevki patenta 20497 A. Zahtevki so bili spremenjeni na podlagi ugotovitvene odločbe, izdane po členu 93( 1)(b) Zakona o industrijski lastnini (Uradni list FIS, št. 51/2006 — uradno prečiščeno besedilo}
Claims (5)
1. Hibridni sinhronski motor s toroidnim navitjem, ki vsebuje:
rotor in stator, in vsebuje rotor notranji rotorski sklop (16a) in zunanji rotorski sklop (16b), in ima stator najmanj en sklop (7) koaksialno razmaknjenih feromagnetnih obročev (2, 3), ki sta ozobljena tako na notranjem kot na zunanjem obodu, in je sklop (7) opremljen s polifazno toroidno tuljavo (6), ki je narejena iz segmentov tuljave, pri čemer je vsako navitje porazdeljeno preko niza utorov (9a, 9b, 10a, 10b) med zaporednimi statorskimi zobmi (2a, 3a, 2b, 3b) tako, da so vsi utori ali skoraj vsi utori (9a, 9b, 10a, 10b) med zaporednimi statorskimi zobmi (2a, 3a, 2b, 3b) zapolnjeni z bakreno žico.
2. Hibridni sinhronski motor po zahtevku 1, pri čemer ima množica statorskih sklopov (7) skupno toroidno tuljavo, ki je formirana hkrati okoli vseh, in pri čemer je skupna toroidna tuljava navita naokrog ali sestavljena iz bakrenih delov v obliki črke U.
3. Hibridni sinhronski motor po zahtevku 1 ali 2, pri čemer je en par notranjih in zunanjih rotorskih sklopov (16a, 16b) montiran na vsak statorski sklop (7) in vsak rotorski sklop (16a, 16b) vsebuje dva koaksialno razmaknjena rotorska obroča (17a, 18a ali 17b, 18b), in je vsak rotorski obroč oblikovan z rotorskimi poli v obliki zob, ki so enakomerno razporejeni vzdolž smeri oboda tako, da so poli vsakega rotorskega obroča (17a, 17b) odgovarjajoče kotno zamaknjeni za eno polovico rotorske polove delitve glede na pole drugega obroča (18a, 18b).
4. Hibridni sinhronski motor po kateremkoli zahtevku 1 do 3, pri čemer je vstavljen bodisi en aksialno namagneten disk med ozobljena statorska obroča (2, 3) vsakega sklopa (7), bodisi sta vstavljena dva taka diska med sosednja rotorska ozobljena obroča (17a, 18a) in (17b, 18b), pri čemer disk ali diski ustvarjajo transverzalni magnetni fluks v notranji in zunanji zračni reži med rotorjem in statorjem.

Hibridni sinhronski motor po kateremkoli zahtevku 1 do 4, pri čemer imajo štiri nizi rotorskih polov (19a, 19b, 20a, 20b) enako število polov in imajo štiri nizi statorskih polov (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b) tudi enako število polov, vendar v primeru, da so statorski poli enakomerno razporejeni vzdolž obodne smeri, sta ti dve števili malenkostno različni.
6. Hibridni sinhronski motor po zahtevku 1, pri čemer sta reži med rotorjem in statorjem napolnjeni s tekočino, prednostno s feromagnetno tekočino, ki izboljša prenos toplote iz notranjosti motorja in zmanjša mehanske vibracije.
