Claims (2)
- 空気を自然送気するための空気導入部および排煙を自然排気するための煙突が設けられて静止配置された焼き窯内に充填された籾殻を、炭化させたあとに続けて灰化させる籾殻灰の製造方法であって、
前記空気導入部による炭化時送気条件および前記煙突による炭化時排気条件を固定したまま、前記籾殻を天側の最上層から下層に向けて層順次に炭化して燻炭とする手順と、
前記籾殻の最下層が炭化したら、前記空気導入部による灰化時送気条件および前記煙突による灰化時排気条件を固定したまま、前記燻炭を最下層から上層に向けて層順次に灰化する手順と
を含み、
前記空気導入部は、前記籾殻および前記燻炭の底側に前記空気を自然送気するものであり、
前記煙突は、前記籾殻および前記燻炭の天側からの前記排煙を自然排気するものであり、
前記灰化時送気条件は、前記空気導入部の送気開口を前記炭化時送気条件よりも狭くしたものであり、
前記灰化時排気条件は、前記炭化時排気条件と同じである
ことを特徴とする籾殻灰の製造方法。 - 前記灰化時送気条件および前記灰化時排気条件は、前記燻炭の上面表層に未灰化層を残して、この上面表層の直下までを灰化させるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の籾殻灰の製造方法。
