Claims (9)
- 複数の熱交換管(3)を有する熱交換コアを備えた主に自動車用の熱交換器用であって、前記複数の熱交換管(3)の端部を支える平底(13)を有する流体コレクター(9)を備えたコレクターボックスにおいて、
前記流体コレクター(9)は、前記平底(13)から延びる二つの側壁(15)を有し、前記側壁(15)はそれぞれ前記平底(13)との間に、1.5mm〜4mmの半径(R)の曲面を形成し、
前記コレクターボックス(15)の高さ(h)は10〜15mmであり、
前記流体コレクター(9)は、1mm〜1.2mmの厚さ(e)を有し、
前記流体コレクター(9)における、単位バール(Bar)での破裂強度と単位ミリメートル(mm)での前記コレクターボックス(15)の高さ(h)の比は10より大きいことを特徴とするコレクターボックス。 - 前記半径(R)は、2mm〜4mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコレクターボックス。
- 前記半径(R)は、2mm〜3mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコレクターボックス。
- 前記流体コレクター(9)は、全体形状が略「U」であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコレクターボックス。
- 前記流体コレクター(9)の形状を補完する形状の、前記流体コレクター(9)を閉鎖する蓋体を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコレクターボックス。
- 前記高さ(h)は、11mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のコレクターボックス。
- 前記流体コレクター(9)は前記熱交換管(3)の端部を受けるフランジ(19)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のコレクターボックス。
- 複数の熱交換管(3)を備えた熱交換コアと、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのコレクターボックスとを有することを特徴とする自動車用の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器は、自動車における空調回路用の凝縮器であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱交換器。
