Description
次に、上記空気調和装置(10)の施工方法である施工手順について説明する。そして、この施工方法には、気密試験方法も含まれている。
以上のように、本実施形態によれば、プラニング工程(M1)において冷媒回路(40)の工場施工部と現地施工部とを決定し、冷媒回路(40)の各パーツ(42)を工場で作製するので、施工日程の大幅な短縮を図ることができる。つまり、従来、現地において接続作業等が行われていたのに代わり、工場において作業が行われるので、狭い天井裏の作業等を簡単に行うことができ、施工日程が大幅に短縮される。
本発明は、上記実施形態について、以下のような構成としてもよい。

Claims (2)
- 冷媒が循環して蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクルを行う冷媒回路(40)に設けられる配管ユニットの製造方法であって、
上記冷媒回路(40)の液冷媒が流れる液管(51)および上記冷媒回路(40)のガス冷媒が流れるガス管(52)を作製する行程と、
上記液管(51)と上記ガス管(52)のそれぞれを個別に断熱部材(54)で覆う行程と、
それぞれが上記断熱部材(54)で覆われた上記液管(51)及び上記ガス管(52)を一体に固定して上記配管ユニット(50)を完成させる行程と備えている
ことを特徴とする配管ユニットの製造方法。 - 室外ユニット(20)と、該室外ユニット(20)に冷媒配管(41)を介して接続された室内ユニット(30)と、上記室外ユニット(20)と室内ユニット(30)との間で冷媒が循環する冷媒回路(40)とを備えた空気調和装置の施工方法であって、
請求項1に記載の製造方法によって、上記冷媒回路(40)に設けられる配管ユニット(50)を、工場において作製するパーツ加工工程と、
上記室外ユニット(20)と上記室内ユニット(30)と上記配管ユニット(50)とを建物に設置して互いに接続する設置行程とを備える
ことを特徴とする空気調和装置の施工方法。
