Claims (40)
- 対象の体に機械的振動を与えるアクチュエータにおいて、該アクチュエータは、
圧電素子と、
前記圧電素子を駆動するために、電源及び/又は信号源及び前記圧電素子と電気的に又はワイヤレスで通信する電極と、
前記圧電素子と前記電極の少なくとも一部とを包む、ポリマー材料を備える保護層と、
前記保護層に取り付けられた筐体と、を備え、
前記筐体は前記保護層と前記筐体との間に空間を画定することで前記保護層の表面にわたって所望の振動モードを生じさせるよう構成され、
前記保護層の周囲が前記筐体の周囲に取り付けられることによって、前記圧電素子の周囲における動きを防止及び/又は最小化する機械的リップ状態が与えられるよう構成された
ことを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 前記保護層及び前記筐体が、前記保護層の周囲及び前記筐体の周囲の所定部分に沿って部分的にだけ結合していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記筐体は通気用出口を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記保護層の外周が、前記圧電素子の外周から外側に間隔をおいて配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータが、保護層に包まれた一以上の追加の圧電素子を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記保護層を前記体に向けて直接又は中間層を介して前記アクチュエータを前記皮膚又は他の生体組織上に配置したとき及び制御ユニットから前記圧電素子に電気信号が送られたときに、前記アクチュエータが前記対象の皮膚又は他の生体組織に振動を伝えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記ポリマー材料が、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリベンジイミダゾール、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、シリコーン、ポリアミドイミド、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、液晶性ポリマー及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記保護層は、前記圧電素子上で重合されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記保護層は、前記圧電素子に積層又は接着されたシートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記圧電素子に積層又は接着されたシートは、前記圧電素子に電気信号を送る前記電極を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記ポリマー材料はポリイミドから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記筐体は対向開口端を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記圧電素子はチタン酸ジルコン酸鉛を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記筐体の縁はテーパ状、傾斜状若しくは曲線状であり、及び/又は前記保護層の縁はテーパ状、傾斜状若しくは曲線状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記圧電素子の作動周波数は1Hzから4kHzの間であることを特徴とする請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記圧電素子の作動振幅はピークからピークが0.001ミリメータから3ミリメータの間であることを特徴とする請求項1〜15の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記保護層の表面は滑らかではなく、刺激作用を促進するための質感を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜16の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記保護層の直径が前記圧電素子の直径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜17の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータは、電源及び/又は信号源及び/又は前記圧電素子と電気的に又はワイヤレスで通信するセンサを有し、前記センサからの入力によって、前記圧電素子への前記電源からの電力及び/又は前記信号源からの信号が変更される、あるいは前記電源からの電力及び/又は前記信号源からの信号に対する前記圧電素子の反応が変更されることを特徴とする請求項1〜18の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記センサが、かん流センサ、酸素化センサ、圧電フィルムセンサ、温度センサ、光電脈波センサ、歪みゲージプレチスモグラフィーセンサ、レーザードップラーセンサ、レーザースペックルセンサ、赤外線イメージング、赤外線分光法、超音波センサ、モーションセンサ、歪みセンサ、圧力センサ及び振動センサからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータが、前記アクチュエータの下又は周囲又は近傍に負圧を加える装置、高圧酸素装置、圧縮装置、衝撃波装置、加熱装置、冷却装置、発光装置、超音波装置、電磁刺激装置、電流刺激装置及び創傷包帯のうち少なくとも一つを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜20の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータが、組織内かん流の増大、組織酸素化の増大、苦痛の軽減、筋肉損傷、骨損傷、骨成長の促進、軟骨成長の促進、組織修復及び/又は組織再生、炎症、バランス機能障害、勃起障害、神経障害、睡眠障害、褥瘡、静脈性潰瘍、動脈性潰瘍、糖尿病性潰瘍、やけど、手術創傷、離開的創傷などの慢性傷及び他の傷、褥瘡予防治療、経皮ドラッグデリバリー、骨粗しょう症、セルライト除去、神経学的疾患、パーキンソン病の震えの軽減、線維筋痛、獣医学的使用及び他の治療用途に用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜21の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 皮膚取付品において、
カバーと、
取付パッドと、
前記取付パッドと前記カバーを可撓に連結する連結ストリップと、
前記取付パッドが対象の皮膚に接触しかつ前記カバーの外周が前記取付パッドの外周から外側に間隔をあけて配置されるよう前記カバーが前記取付パッドを覆った状態で、前記対象の皮膚に前記皮膚取付品を取り付ける第一接着剤層と、
請求項1〜22の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータと、を備えた
ことを特徴とする皮膚取付品。 - 前記第一接着剤層は前記カバーの下面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記取付パッドは前記取付パッドの下面に設けられた第二接着剤層を有し、該第二接着剤層は前記取付パッドを前記対象の皮膚に取り付けることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記取付パッドは前記取付パッドの上面に設けられた第三接着剤層を有し、該第三接着剤層は医療装置を前記取付パッドに取り付けることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記連結ストリップは前記連結ストリップの表面に設けられた第四接着剤層を有し、該第四接着剤層は前記連結ストリップを前記対象の皮膚に取り付けることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記カバーは、織布、不織布、フィルム、ゲル及び発泡体から選択される可撓性材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記取付パッドは、織布、不織布、フィルム、ヒドロゲル、他の種類のゲル及び発泡体から選択される可撓性材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記カバーは、ポリウレタン、ポリエチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル及びこれらの組合せから選択される材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記取付パッドは、ヒドロゲル、ポリウレタン、ポリエチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル及びこれらの組合せから選択される材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記カバーは通気性のある材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記カバーは通気性がない材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記取付パッドは通気性のある材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記取付パッドは通気性のない材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記カバーは孔のあいた材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記取付パッドは孔のあいた材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記第一接着剤層は、前記取付パッドが前記皮膚に接触しかつ前記カバーが前記取付パッドを覆った状態で前記皮膚取付品を前記対象の皮膚に取り付ける別のテープの一部であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記皮膚取付品が、意図的でない圧力を減圧することで褥瘡のリスク及び前記皮膚取付品の周囲、付近又は下で生じる他の問題のリスクを最小化するための減圧機構をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の皮膚取付品。
- 前記減圧機構が、前記アクチュエータの前記保護層を囲むよう設けられていることを特徴とする請求項39に記載の皮膚取付品。
