Claims (33)

前記第2セグメント(S2)に関する制御信号(C(i))により、前記圧力移行システム(PTS)が、身体部分(100)の前記第1部分(B1)の少なくとも一部に対して、調整された第2圧力分布(P2adj)を与えることで、前記圧力移行システム(PTS)が、前記第1セグメント(S1)と前記第2セグメント(S2)との間で基本圧力分布(P1、P2)を再分布させるように適合される機械的特性を有する、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記形態の変化が電気制御信号(C(i))によって引き起こされて、アクチュエータ(A)の各々は、前記アクチュエータ(A)に電荷を補給する電気制御信号(C(i))に基づいて、変化した形態を維持するように構成された、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。

前記1つ以上のセグメント(S1)の各々のアクチュエータ(A1)が、前記少なくとも1つの柔軟なチャンバ(510)を、身体部分(100)に対して前記1つ以上のセグメント(S1)の接線方向の動き(T)を引き起こすように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つの柔軟なチャンバ(510)が、前記動き(T)を、身体部分(100)の特定部分への半径方向の圧力(P)へと変換するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 少なくとも1つの前記チャンバ(510)が異方性材料による弾性をもった壁を有し、前記装置が身体部分(100)に装着された場合に、少なくとも1つの前記チャンバ(510)が、身体部分(100)の周方向において比較的伸張性をもち、身体部分(100)の全体的な中心軸に沿った方向には比較的高い剛性をもつように、少なくとも1つの前記チャンバ(510)が身体部分(100)に対して配置されるように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が身体部分(100)に装着された場合に、前記圧力移行システム(PTS)は、少なくとも1つの前記セグメント(S1)と身体部分の特定部分との間に配置されるように構成された、複数の突起部(620、630)を含み、該突起部が1つ以上の前記セグメント(S1)の基本圧力分布を身体部分(100)の特定部分への不均一な圧力分布に変換するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が身体部分に装着された場合に、前記突起部は、身体部分(100)の全体的な中心軸に沿って延び、かつ少なくとも1つのセグメントと身体部分の特定部分との間に配置された、少なくとも1つの固いリブ(620)を含み、不均一な圧力分布における、それぞれのピーク圧力の稜が、身体部分(100)に対する少なくとも1つの前記リブ(620)の位置決めによって規定される、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が前記セグメント(S1、S2、...、Sn)の各々に対してそれぞれの制御信号(C(i))を生成するように構成された制御ユニット(640)を備え、
前記制御ユニット(640)が、身体部分(100)に関する治療プロファイルを実現するために、時間の経過と共に制御信号(C(i))を変化させるように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 治療プロファイルが前記セグメント(S1、S2、S3)を介して身体部分(100)に対して、次第に変化する圧力分布(P)を与えることを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記治療プロファイルが前記セグメント(S1、S2、S3)の各々を使用して比較的強い基本圧力分布と比較的弱い基本圧力分布(P)との間で変化する繰り返しサイクルを生成することを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記治療プロファイルが前記セグメント(S1、S2、S3)を使用して準静的な圧力分布(P)を生成することを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力移行システム(PTS)は、身体部分(100)からの浸出物を受け入れるように構成された、複数の湿気の通路(710)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 湿気の通路(710)は、前記繰り返しサイクルに付随して、身体部分(100)からの任意の浸出物を、少なくとも1つの液体受容部(715)へ移送するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項13又は15に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力移行システム(PTS)が、身体部分(100)への空気の通過を許容するように構成された、複数の通気路(720)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 繰り返しサイクルに付随して、前記通気路(720)が、身体部分(100)と装置外部の局所環境との間で空気を交換するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項13又は17に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力移行システム(PTS)は、身体部分(100)の生理学的パラメータを記録し、該パラメータを示すデータ信号(R)を制御ユニット(640)へ送信するように構成された、少なくとも1つのセンサ素子(210、220)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項11から18のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力移行システム(PTS)は、身体部分(100)の近傍の環境条件を表わすパラメータを記録し、該パラメータを示すデータ信号(R)を制御ユニット(640)へ送信するように構成された、少なくとも1つのセンサ素子(230)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項11から19のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記治療プロファイルが、少なくとも1つの操作信号に対応する、ことを特徴とする請求項19又は20に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの操作信号が、少なくとも1つの前記データ(R)に基づく、ことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力移行システム(PTS)は、1つ以上のポケットを備え、該ポケットは薬品を収容し、該薬品を身体部分(100)に移送して投与するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から22のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記薬品が抗菌剤である、ことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の装置。
- 前記薬品が身体部分(100)に温熱療法を施すために適合されたゲルである、ことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の装置。
- 前記ゲルが前記アクチュエータ(A1)の作動を容易にする、ことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アクチュエータ(A1、A2、A)が電気活性ポリマーを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1から26のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アクチュエータ(A1、A2、A)が電気活性セラミックを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1から27のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アクチュエータ(805、905、1005、1105、1205、1305、1405)が電界で作動する電気活性材料(820、920、1020、1120、1220、1320、1420)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項27又は28に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アクチュエータ(805、905、1005、1105、1205、1305、1405)が、少なくともマックスウェル応力効果、電歪効果、及び圧電効果の1つに基づいて作動するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項29に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アクチュエータ(1505、1605、1705)がイオン電気活性材料(1520、1620、1720)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項27から30のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アクチュエータ(1505、1605、1705)が導電性ポリマーを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項31に記載の装置。
