Description
ツール表面38全体にエラストマー被覆64を適用すること、あるいは噴霧60、押出し又は他の応用技法によって、ダイアフラム22(図13)が形成される。次に、手順80で、フレーム24(図14)は、第1エラストマー被覆64に接するようにダイアフラム22の辺縁部に配置される。手順82では、図15に示したように、フレーム24の側面68、72及び上面70全体に第2エラスティック被覆を適用することによってフレーム24は封入32される。スプレーヘッド62から噴霧60することによって、又は押出し成形を含むがこれに限定されない他の技法を用いることによって、第2被覆を適用することができる。第2被覆66は、フレーム24の側面68、72及び上面70を覆い、且つ第1被覆64と結合して重なり、実質的に一体化した単一の構造になり、その後硬化する。

前記シールが前記ダイアフラムと一体に形成される、態様6に記載の真空バッグ。

前記シールが前記封入されたフレームに取り付けられている、態様6または7に記載の真空バッグ。

前記フレームがダイアフラムによって囲まれた側面を有する、態様1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の真空バッグ。

Claims (12)
- 部品(34)を処理するための真空バッグ(20)であって、
前記部品(34)を覆うように適用される、概ね平面の柔軟性のあるダイアフラム(22)と、
前記ダイアフラム(22)内に封入され、前記ダイアフラム(22)に全体的に包囲されている概ね剛体のフレーム(24)と、
前記ダイアフラム(22)の下面に接続されたシール(26)とを含み、前記シール(26)は、前記部品(34)の処理時に前記部品(34)が配置されるツールの表面に対して前記ダイアフラム(22)を密封するために配置されて、前記バッグ(20)内に真空が引かれることを可能とし、前記シール(26)は前記フレーム(24)の直下に配置されている、真空バッグ。 - 前記ダイアフラム(22)がエラストマー材料である、請求項1に記載の真空バッグ(20)。
- 前記ダイアフラム(22)がRTVシリコーンである、請求項1または2に記載の真空バッグ(20)。
- 前記フレーム(24)が複合材料である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の真空バッグ(20)。
- 前記シール(26)が前記ダイアフラム(22)と一体に形成されている、請求項1に記載の真空バッグ(20)。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の真空バッグ(20)と、前記ツールとを備える複合アセンブリであって、前記ツールは、前記シール(26)を保持する溝(40)を有する、複合アセンブリ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の真空バッグ(20)と、前記ツールと、前記ツールの表面上に置かれたシム(58)を備える複合アセンブリであって、前記シム(58)は、前記シール(26)を取り囲んで前記シール(26)を保持する、複合アセンブリ。
- 部品(34)を処理するための真空バッグ(20)を作る方法であって、
シール(26)を形成するステップと、
概ね平面の柔軟性のあるダイアフラム(22)の下面がツールの上面に対向するように、前記ダイアフラム(22)をツールの上面全体にわたって形成するステップと、
