Claims (8)
- 触媒インクを超音波処理し、
前記触媒インクを高剪断混合装置によって混合するステップをそれぞれ含み、前記超音波処理は、前記高剪断混合装置による混合の前に行われ、
前記触媒インクは、触媒粒子、アイオノマーおよび緩衝液を含み、
前記高剪断混合装置は、混合時に相対的に回転して前記触媒インクに高い剪断力を与える同心のシリンダを備える、ことを特徴とする触媒インクの処理方法。 - 触媒粒子の大きさが1ミクロンとなるように前記超音波処理を行うことを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒インクの処理方法。
- 1時間未満の時間にわたって前記超音波処理を行うことを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒インクの処理方法。
- 5時間未満の時間にわたって前記超音波処理を行うことを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒インクの処理方法。
- 10分未満の時間にわたって前記高剪断混合装置によって混合することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒インクの処理方法。
- 前記触媒インクを基体上に塗布することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒インクの処理方法。
- 塗布された前記触媒インクと前記基体は、燃料電池構成要素を構成することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の触媒インクの処理方法。
- 前記燃料電池構成要素は、膜電極アセンブリであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の触媒インクの処理方法。
