Description
前記トルクベクタリング装置の回転トルク源は、遊星歯車機構の形式の作動伝達装置を介して、前記ハーフアクスルの一方と、前記枠組みまたは前記もう一方のハーフアクスルとに接続され、
前記ハーフアクスルと、前記枠組みまたは前記もう一方のハーフアクスルの回転速度とが同じ時、前記トルクベクタリング装置において、前記回転トルク源が静止している。
前記回転トルク源は、前記遊星歯車機構の太陽ギヤに接続されている。
Claims (4)
- 従来の差動装置(20−27)とともに設けられ、推進モータからの駆動トルクが供給される車両の駆動軸の既に存在する構成の2つのハーフアクスルのためのトルクベクタリング装置(4−18)であって、
回転トルク源(15)を有する前記トルクベクタリング装置(4−18)は、既に存在する構成である前記ハーフアクスルの一方(1)に接続される一方、前記差動装置(20−27)の枠組み(24)に接続される、自立したユニットであり、
前記回転トルク源(15)は、単一の遊星歯車機構(10)の形式の作動伝達装置を介して、前記ハーフアクスルの一方(1)と、前記枠組み(24)とに接続され、
前記ハーフアクスル(1)と、前記枠組み(24)の回転速度とが同じ時、前記トルクベクタリング装置において、前記回転トルク源が静止しており、
中空軸(3)が前記差動装置(20−27)の枠組み(24)に接続されており、前記ハーフアクスルの一方に接続された軸(1)が前記中空軸(3)を通って延びており、
第1のギヤ列(4−6)が前記軸(1)と遊星歯車機構(10)の遊星枠(8)に接続された軸構造(7)の間に配置されており、前記遊星枠は遊星歯車(9)を支持し、第2のギヤ列(11−13)が前記中空軸(3)と前記遊星歯車機構のリングギヤ(14)の間に配置されており、前記第2のギヤ列の最後の歯車(13)が前記軸構造(7)の上で回転可能であることを特徴とする、トルクベクタリング装置。 - 前記回転トルク源(15)が前記遊星歯車機構(10)の太陽ギヤ(16)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回転トルク源(15)が電気モータであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 減速ギヤ機構(17,18)が前記電気モータ(15)と前記遊星歯車機構(8,9,14,16)の前記太陽ギヤ(16)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
