Abstract

1. Устройство (4-18) векторизации крутящего момента для существующей конструкции двух полуосей ведущей оси транспортного средства, обеспеченное обычным дифференциалом (20-27), через который крутящий момент на валу привода передан от ходового двигателя,отличающееся тем, чтоустройство (4-18) векторизации крутящего момента, содержащее поворотный генератор (15) крутящего момента, представляет собой самостоятельный узел, соединенный с указанной существующей конструкцией, с одной стороны, с одной из ее полуосей (1), а с другой стороны, с корпусом (24) дифференциала (20-27) или с другой ее полуосью (22), иуказанный поворотный генератор (15) крутящего момента устройства векторизации крутящего момента соединен с указанной одной из полуосей (1) и корпусом (24) или другой полуосью (22) посредством дифференциальной передачи в виде планетарной передачи (10),при этом указанная конструкция выполнена таким образом, что поворотный генератор крутящего момента остается неподвижным при одинаковых значениях скорости вращения указанной одной из полуосей (1) и корпуса (24) или другой полуоси (22).2. Устройство по п.1, в котором с корпусом (24) дифференциала (20-27) соединен полый вал (3), через который проходит вал (1), соединенный с указанной одной из полуосей.3. Устройство по п.2, в котором выполнена первая система (4-6) зубчатых передач, размещенная между валом (1) и конструкцией (7) с валом, присоединенной к водилу (8) планетарного ряда планетарной передачи (10),причем водило планетарного ряда несет планетарные шестерни (9), а между полым валом (3) и кольцевой шестерней (14) планетарной передачи размещена вторая система (11-13) зубчатых передач,причем последняя шестерня (13) второ

Claims (6)

1. Устройство (4-18) векторизации крутящего момента для существующей конструкции двух полуосей ведущей оси транспортного средства, обеспеченное обычным дифференциалом (20-27), через который крутящий момент на валу привода передан от ходового двигателя,
отличающееся тем, что
устройство (4-18) векторизации крутящего момента, содержащее поворотный генератор (15) крутящего момента, представляет собой самостоятельный узел, соединенный с указанной существующей конструкцией, с одной стороны, с одной из ее полуосей (1), а с другой стороны, с корпусом (24) дифференциала (20-27) или с другой ее полуосью (22), и
указанный поворотный генератор (15) крутящего момента устройства векторизации крутящего момента соединен с указанной одной из полуосей (1) и корпусом (24) или другой полуосью (22) посредством дифференциальной передачи в виде планетарной передачи (10),
при этом указанная конструкция выполнена таким образом, что поворотный генератор крутящего момента остается неподвижным при одинаковых значениях скорости вращения указанной одной из полуосей (1) и корпуса (24) или другой полуоси (22).
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором с корпусом (24) дифференциала (20-27) соединен полый вал (3), через который проходит вал (1), соединенный с указанной одной из полуосей.
3. Устройство по п.2, в котором выполнена первая система (4-6) зубчатых передач, размещенная между валом (1) и конструкцией (7) с валом, присоединенной к водилу (8) планетарного ряда планетарной передачи (10),
причем водило планетарного ряда несет планетарные шестерни (9), а между полым валом (3) и кольцевой шестерней (14) планетарной передачи размещена вторая система (11-13) зубчатых передач,
причем последняя шестерня (13) второй системы зубчатых передач выполнена с возможностью поворота на конструкции (7) с валом.
4. Устройство по п.3, в котором поворотный генератор (15) крутящего момента соединен с солнечной шестерней (16) планетарной передачи (10).
5. Устройство по п.4, в котором поворотный генератор крутящего момента представляет собой электродвигатель (15).
6. Устройство по п.5, в котором между электродвигателем (15) и солнечной шестерней (16) планетарной передачи (8, 9, 14, 16) размещен редуктор (17, 18).
