Description
R2は、互いに同一または異なり、単一結合または炭素数1〜20のアルキレンであり、
R3は、互いに同一または異なり、水素または炭素数1〜20のアルキルである。
多重壁CNT10gを蒸溜水990gと混合してCNT溶液を準備した。前記CNT溶液を30g/min流速で予熱槽に投入する前、これと共に245atm〜252atmに圧縮された気相状態の酸素は0.8g/minの流速でCNT溶液と混合され、前記混合液は200〜260℃に予熱された予熱槽に投入された。
前記の製造例1と同様な方法で製造された官能化されたCNT30gと変性ポリアクリレート系分散剤90gとMEK(Methyl Ethyl Ketone)と1−プロパノールの混合液880gを撹拌機を通じて混合および分散してCNT分散液を製造した。
エポキシ樹脂(製造会社:国都化学、製品名:YD128)46gと、レベリング剤0.2g、MEK11.6g、1−プロパノール14.6gを混合した後、10分間混合した。混合液に製造例2のCNT分散液を23g混合してミキシングした。この後、2−エチル−4−メチルイミダゾール(2−ethyl−4−methylimidazole)を4.6g混合後、再び10分間ミキシングして放熱塗料組成物を製造した。このように製造された放熱塗料組成物の最終の組成は、下記表1に示されたとおりである。
製造例3の放熱塗料組成物を実施例1の組成物として用い、これを横×縦×厚さが70×70×1の厚さを有する表面処理されていないアルミニウム試片に厚さ10umにスプレーコーティングした。硬化条件は130℃、30分間オーブンで進行した。
前記の製造例2と同様な方法で分散液を製造し、分散補助剤として変性ポリアクリレート系分散剤の代わりに変性ポリウレタン系分散剤90gを追加し、製造例3と同様な方法で実施例2の放熱塗料組成物を製造した。
コーティングされていない裸(bare)のアルミニウム試片を用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同様な方法で温度変化を測定して放熱効果を評価した。
エポキシ46gとレベリング剤0.2g、MEK12.6g、1−プロパノール15.9gを混合後、10分間攪拌した。混合液に官能化されていないCNT分散液23gを混合してミキシングした後、2−エチル−4−メチルイミダゾールを2.3g追加して再び10分間混合した。この後、製造例3と同様な方法で比較例2の放熱塗料組成物を製造した。
前記の製造例1と同様な方法で製造された官能化されたCNT30gに、変性ポリアクリレート系分散剤90gおよび分散安定剤として非イオン性フッ素系添加剤である2,5,8,11−テトラメチル−6−ドデシン−5,8−ジオールエトキシレート(2,5,8,11−Tetramethyl−6−dodecyn−5,8−Diol Ethoxylate)4gを追加して蒸溜水876gと混合後、分散液を製造した。
前記比較例3のCNT分散液と同様に製造後、CNT分散液66gと水系変性アクリルウレタン系バインダーと共重合ウレタンバインダー混合液24gとシリコン系バインダー8g、シラン系レベリング剤0.1g、イソプロピルアルコール1.9gを混合して比較例4の放熱塗料組成物を製造した。
表面特性:肉眼評価(図4のような写真で肉眼評価して判別する)。
付着性:ASTM D 3359により、付着性に優れた場合である5Bから付着性が劣悪な0Bの6段階に区分され、定量的に判断して表2などに示した。
耐塩水性:ASTM規格により、特定時間でコーティング表面が塩化される程度を肉眼で評価および判断する(図4のような写真で肉眼評価して判別する)。
Claims (12)
- エポキシ樹脂と、
硬化剤と、
アミン基、アミド基、カルボキシル基およびヒドロキシ基からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む官能基が結合されている炭素系フィラーと、
溶媒を含み、
炭素系フィラーは、単一壁炭素ナノチューブ、二重壁炭素ナノチューブ、多重壁炭素ナノチューブ、グラフェン、グラフェンオキシド、グラフェンナノプレートおよびグラファイトからなる群より選択された1種以上を含む、放熱塗料組成物。 - 炭素系フィラーの表面に、前記官能基が直接結合されているか、または炭素数1〜20のアルキレンを介して前記官能基が結合されている、請求項1に記載の放熱塗料組成物。
- 炭素系フィラーは、下記の化学式1で表される、請求項1に記載の放熱塗料組成物。
R1は、前記炭素系フィラーに一つ以上結合された官能基であって、互いに同一または異なり、−R2−NHR3、−R2−C(=O)−NHR3、−R2−C(=O)−OH、−R2−OHおよび−R2−NH−C(=O)R3からなる群より選択され、
R2は、互いに同一または異なり、単一結合または炭素数1〜20のアルキレンであり、
R3は、互いに同一または異なり、水素または炭素数1〜20のアルキルである。) - 溶媒は、水、アルコール系溶媒、ケトン系溶媒、アミン系溶媒、エステル系溶媒、アミド系溶媒、ハロゲン化炭化水素系溶媒、エーテル系溶媒およびフラン系溶媒からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む、請求項1に記載の放熱塗料組成物。
- エポキシ樹脂の5〜50重量%と、
硬化剤の0.1〜20重量%と、
アミン基、アミド基、カルボキシル基およびヒドロキシ基からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む官能基が結合されている炭素系フィラーの0.05〜5重量%と、
残量の溶媒と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の放熱塗料組成物。 - 分散剤、レベリング剤、分散補助剤、pH調節剤、沈降防止剤、界面活性剤、湿潤剤および増粘剤からなる群より選択された1種以上の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の放熱塗料組成物。
- 硬化剤は、ポリアミドおよびアミドアミン、変性脂肪族アミン、変性脂環族アミン硬化剤、変性芳香族アミン形態のイミダゾール系硬化剤を含む、請求項1に記載の放熱塗料組成物。
- エポキシ基が開環して架橋構造をなしているエポキシ樹脂の硬化物と、
アミン基、アミド基、カルボキシル基およびヒドロキシ基からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む官能基が結合されている炭素系フィラーを含み、
炭素系フィラーは、単一壁炭素ナノチューブ、二重壁炭素ナノチューブ、多重壁炭素ナノチューブ、グラフェン、グラフェンオキシド、グラフェンナノプレートおよびグラファイトからなる群より選択された1種以上を含む、放熱構造体。 - 前記炭素系フィラーは、前記エポキシ樹脂の硬化物内に分散されている、請求項8に記載の放熱構造体。
- 前記炭素系フィラーに結合された官能基は、前記エポキシ基由来酸素と水素結合を形成している、請求項8に記載の放熱構造体。
- プラスチック基材、金属基材または繊維基材上に形成されている、請求項8に記載の放熱構造体。
- LEDランプ、凝縮器、蒸発器、エンジン、ヒーター、ボイラー配管、通信装備、モータ、バッテリー、ハウジング材料、電極材料、半導体、ゲーム機、ディスプレイ、携帯電話、家電製品、自動車、建築・医療機器、船舶、飛行機、宇宙航空機器、軍事施設および装備または熱交換器において放熱層を形成するために用いられる、請求項8に記載の放熱構造体。
