Description
また、柔軟なチューブステントを留置することを目的としたステント留置装置が知られている。
外層部6の遠位端が芯部3に固定されていることにより、外層部6と芯部3との間に配されたステント保護部8は、外層部6の遠位端より遠位側へは移動しない。すなわち、外層部6と芯部3とが固定された部分は、ステント保護部8が遠位側へ大きく移動するのを規制するためのストッパとして機能する。
本実施形態では、外層部6の遠位端6aは、芯部3の外面に対して熱溶着、接着、超音波溶着、カシメなど、公知の手段によって固定されている。また、外層部6は、芯部3と一体成型されていてもよい。
外層部6の近位端は、手元操作部20のガイド操作部21に固定されている。
以上説明したように、本実施形態のステント留置装置1は、柔軟なチューブステント100の内腔がチューブステント100の留置過程において潰れないという効果と、曲率が大きく曲げがきつい部分でもガイドカテーテル2を通過させやすいという効果とを併せ持つ。
また、ステント保護部8の一部が芯部3もしくは外層部6に対して固定されていてもよい。
なお、上記具体的な構成に対する設計変更等は上記事項には限定されない。

Claims (5)
- チューブステントを管腔組織内に留置するためのステント留置装置であって、
長手軸を有し遠位端側から前記チューブステントに挿入可能なガイドカテーテルと、
前記ガイドカテーテルが挿入されるルーメンが形成されたプッシャーカテーテルと、
を備え、
前記ガイドカテーテルは、
前記チューブステントの軸方向の全長よりも長く可撓性を有する芯部と、
前記芯部の外周を囲うチューブ形状であり前記芯部に固定された外層部と、
前記芯部と前記外層部との間に配され前記チューブステントの軸方向の全長よりも長く、前記長手軸方向から見たときに前記長手軸を中心とする環状をなし前記長手軸に直交する径方向内側への圧縮に抗する剛性を有し且つ前記長手軸が湾曲する方向への柔軟性を有するステント保護部と、
前記長手軸方向への前記ステント保護部の伸長を許容し且つ前記芯部に対する前記長手軸方向への前記ステント保護部の移動を規制するストッパと、
を有するステント留置装置。 - 請求項1に記載のステント留置装置であって、
前記芯部と前記外層部とは前記外層部における前記遠位端側の端において互いに固定されており、前記外層部における前記遠位端側は、前記ガイドカテーテルの近位端側から前記遠位端側に向かうに従って漸次縮径されて前記芯部の外面に対して段差なく接続されている。 - 請求項1に記載のステント留置装置であって、
前記ストッパは、前記芯部と前記外層部との少なくともいずれかに設けられ前記芯部と前記外層部との間の空間へ向かって突出された突起を有し、
前記突起は、前記ステント保護部と接することにより前記ステント保護部の前記長手軸方向への移動を規制する。 - 請求項1に記載のステント留置装置であって、
前記ステント保護部は密着巻きのらせん構造をなす素線からなる。 - 請求項1に記載のステント留置装置であって、
前記外層部は断面円形の筒状であり、
前記ステント保護部は断面円形の略筒状であり、
前記外層部の内径と前記ステント保護部の外径との差は0.5mm以下である。
