図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るカテーテル1の全体図であって、第2中空シャフト60が第1位置に位置する状態を示す図である。
図1に示すように、カテーテル1は、第1中空シャフト10と、メッシュ部材20と、第1先端チップ30と、先端中空シャフト40と、第1コアワイヤ50と、第2中空シャフト60と、第2コアワイヤ70と、コントローラ80とを備える。
図4は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係るカテーテル101の全体図であって、第2中空シャフト160が第1位置に位置する状態を示す図である。
図5は、本発明の第3の実施形態に係るカテーテル201の全体図であって、第2中空シャフト60が第1位置に位置する状態を示す図である。

Claims (5)
- 第1中空シャフトと、
基端が前記第1中空シャフトの先端に接合され、径方向に拡張または収縮するように構成されたチューブ状のメッシュ部材と、
前記メッシュ部材の先端に接合された先端チップと、
先端が前記先端チップに接合され、基端が前記第1中空シャフトの基端よりも基端側に位置するように、前記メッシュ部材および前記第1中空シャフトの内部を延びる第1コアワイヤと、
前記第1中空シャフトの軸方向に沿ってスライドし、先端が前記第1中空シャフトの先端よりも基端側に位置して前記第1中空シャフトの外周を囲む第1位置と先端が前記第1中空シャフトの先端よりも先端側に位置して前記メッシュ部材の外周を囲む第2位置との間を移動可能に設けられた第2中空シャフトと、を備えるカテーテル。 - 先端が、前記第2中空シャフトに接合され、基端が、前記第1中空シャフトの基端よりも基端側に位置する第2コアワイヤをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記第1中空シャフトには、前記第1位置に位置する前記第2中空シャフトよりも基端側に、前記第1中空シャフトの外部と内部とを連通する開口部が形成され、
前記第2コアワイヤは、前記開口部を介して前記第1中空シャフトの内部に挿入され、前記第1中空シャフトの内部を延びるように設けられている、請求項2に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記第2コアワイヤが挿入されたインナーシャフトをさらに備え、
