Description
始めに、図1,2を参照して、本発明の一実施形態である鋼管の製造方法において用いられる拡管機の構成について説明する。図1は、本発明の一実施形態である鋼管の製造方法において用いられる拡管機の構成を示す模式図である。図2は、鋼管の断面を示す模式図である。但し、本発明において用いられる拡管機の構成は、図1,2に示す構成に限定されることはない。
次に、上記の拡管機1を利用して鋼管Pの拡管方法について説明する。

Claims (3)
- 所定の真円度が得られる拡管率を下限値及び鋼管を拡管する際の拡管機の設備負荷が許容範囲内になる拡管率の最大値を上限値とする拡管率の範囲内で鋼管の内周側に拡管ダイスを当接させて鋼管を拡管する第1拡管工程と、
鋼管の管径が目標値になる拡管率で前記第1拡管工程において拡管ダイスを当接させた鋼管の内周側の同一箇所に再度拡管ダイスを当接させて鋼管を拡管する第2拡管工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする鋼管の製造方法。 - 前記第1拡管工程の拡管率の範囲が0.3%以上0.6%未満の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼管の製造方法。
- 前記鋼管の管厚が25.4mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の鋼管の製造方法。
