Claims (9)
- 繊維構造体(28)に樹脂を注入することによって複合材料部品を製作するための装置にして、
繊維構造体を支持するように構成される第1のダイであり、それらの間に凹角(A)を画定する2つの隣接する支持表面を有する第1のダイと、
繊維構造体(28)を前記凹角(A)に押圧するように構成される楔形状部(115)を共に画定する第1および第2の隣接する面(111、112)を有する少なくとも1つのチョック(110)と、
第1のダイに対して可動である第2のダイ(130)であり、第1のダイ、第2のダイ(130)、およびチョック(110)が、閉位置において繊維構造体(28)を取り囲む樹脂注入空間(125)を共に画定するように、第1および第2のダイが、繊維構造体(28)およびチョック(110)を押し付けるように構成される、第2のダイ(130)と
を備える装置であって、
チョック(110)が、少なくとも1つのリンク(150)によって第2のダイ(130)に接続され、リンク(150)は、第2のダイ(130)が第1のダイに近づく場合に繊維構造体(28)を前記凹角(A)に押圧するために前記凹角(A)に向かって楔形状部(115)を案内するように、第2のダイ(130)およびチョック(110)に対してヒンジで止められることを特徴とする、装置。 - チョック(110)の第3の面(113)が、前記閉位置において第2のダイ(130)に押し当たり、前記第3の面(113)が、第1および第2の面(111、112)と反対側にある、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ガスケット(160)が、リンク(150)の周りで第3の面(113)と第2のダイ(130)との間に位置決めされる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- チョック(110)が、少なくとも1対の相互に平行なリンク(150)によって第2のダイ(130)に接続される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- リンク(150)が、チョック(110)および第2のダイ(130)に形成されるそれぞれのキャビティ(181、182)に挿入されるように構成されるシェル(171、172)にヒンジで止められる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第1のダイは、その周りに繊維構造体(28)が巻き付けられるマンドレル(100)であり、マンドレル(100)が、中央壁(102)および少なくとも1つのチークプレート(104、106)を備え、中央壁(102)およびチークプレート(104、106)が、前記隣接する支持表面を画定する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 複数のチョック(110)を有し、各チョック(110)がリングセグメントの形をとっており、チョック(110)が、マンドレル(100)の全周を覆うように端を突き合わせて位置決めされる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 繊維構造体(28)に樹脂を注入することによって複合材料部品を製作するための方法であって、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置が使用される、方法。
- 前記部品が、航空エンジンファンケーシングであり、ケーシングが、主壁および少なくとも1つの固定フランジを有し、前記凹角(A)が、主壁と固定フランジとの間に形成される凸角に一致する、請求項8に記載の複合材料部品を製作するための方法。
