Description
繊維状組織の重畳層によって形成された繊維強化材が保持されるようになっている含浸マンドレルであって、そのプロファイルが製造されるケーシングのプロファイルに対応する中央環状壁と、そのプロファイルが製造されるケーシングの外フランジのプロファイルに対応する2つの側方フランジとを含む、マンドレルと、
マンドレルの中央壁とフランジとの間に形成された角度を覆う繊維強化材の部分に対して支持されるように意図された角部と、マンドレルの対応するフランジ上に固定されるように意図された結合フランジと、を各々が含む圧縮バーと、
少なくともマンドレルの中央壁を覆う繊維強化材のその部分に適用されるように意図される真空ライナーを形成する柔軟エンベロープと、
繊維強化材の長手末端において真空ライナーとマンドレルとの間に画定された空間内に樹脂を注入し、反対端においてこれを抽出する手段と、を含む。
Claims (8)
- 複合材料で作られたガスタービンケーシングを作成するための含浸マンドレルであって、
繊維状組織の重畳層によって形成された繊維強化材(28)が保持されるようになっている含浸マンドレル(100)であって、そのプロファイルが製造されるケーシングのプロファイルに対応する中央環状壁(102)と、そのプロファイルが製造されるケーシングの外フランジのプロファイルに対応する2つの側方フランジ(104a、104b)とを含む、マンドレルと、
マンドレルの中央壁とフランジとの間に形成された角度を覆う繊維強化材の部分に対して支持されるように意図された角部(108a、108b)と、マンドレルの対応するフランジ上に固定されるように意図された結合フランジ(110a、110b)と、を各々が含む圧縮バー(106a、106b)と、
少なくともマンドレルの中央壁を覆う繊維強化材のその部分に適用されるように意図される真空ライナーを形成する柔軟エンベロープ(118)と、
繊維強化材の長手末端において真空ライナーとマンドレルとの間に画定された空間(122)内に樹脂を注入し、反対端においてこれを抽出する手段(120、124)と、を含み、圧縮バー(110a、110b)の結合フランジ(106a、106b)が、マンドレルのフランジにきつく固定されるように意図される、マンドレル。 - 繊維強化材の長手末端において真空ライナーとマンドレルとの間の画定空間の内部で終端する少なくとも1つの樹脂注入オリフィス(120)と、樹脂注入オリフィスが終端するのと反対側の繊維強化材の長手末端に配置された少なくとも1つの樹脂抽出オリフィス(124)と、を含む、請求項1に記載のマンドレル。
- 樹脂注入オリフィス(120)がマンドレルのフランジ(104a)のうちの1つに形成され、樹脂抽出オリフィス(124)は別のフランジ(104b)内に形成される、請求項2に記載のマンドレル。
- 樹脂注入オリフィス(120)がいわゆる注入圧縮バー(106a)の角部(108a)で終端し、それに対して樹脂抽出オリフィス(124)は前記反対の抽出圧縮バー(106b)の下流で終端する、請求項3に記載のマンドレル。
- 抽出圧縮バー(106b)の結合フランジ(110b)が、樹脂の通過を保証する溝(126)を含む、請求項4に記載のマンドレル。
- 真空ライナー(118)が、また、圧縮バー(106a、106b)にも適用されて、マンドレルのフランジにその自由端できつく固定されるように意図される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のマンドレル。
- マンドレルの各フランジには、マンドレルの外周全体を覆うために角度を付けて末端同士で合わせられた4つの圧縮バーがある、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のマンドレル。
- 含浸マンドレル上の繊維状組織の巻上機(10)であって、
三次元織りによって製造された繊維組織(16)が保管されるようになっている巻き取りマンドレル(14)であって、実質的に水平な回転軸(18)を有する巻き取りマンドレルと、
巻き取りマンドレルの回転軸と平行な実質的に水平の回転軸(22)を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の含浸マンドレル(100)と、
それぞれの回転軸を中心にマンドレルを回転駆動させる電気モータ(20、24)と、
マンドレルを回転駆動させる電気モータの制御装置(26)と、を含む巻上機。
