Description
Claims (9)
- 巻き取り機の含浸マンドレルに巻き付けられた繊維織物層の切断を支援する装置(100)であって、
各々が含浸マンドレル(16)のそれぞれの側板(26)上に位置するように設計された、2つの位置決めストッパ(102)と、
切断される繊維織物層(18’)上に位置決めされるように設計された切断治具を形成する板(108)であって、含浸マンドレルの側板の間の所定位置で延在し、切断工具(200)を案内するのに役立つスロット(110)が設けられた前記板と、を含み、
位置決めストッパ(102)が、切断される繊維織物層の下で位置決めするために保護膜(104)によって互いに接続されている、装置。 - 保護膜(104)が可撓性プラスチック材料で作られている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 保護膜(104)が、ポリアミドで作られており、約3mm程度の厚みを有する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 含浸マンドレルの側板上の所定位置に位置決めストッパ(102)を保持する手段(106)をさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 板(108)が、その末端の各々を位置決めストッパ上に置いて位置決めされるのに適している、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 位置決めストッパ上の板(108)の末端の位置を調整する手段(112)をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 位置決めストッパ(102)が剛性である、請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 位置決めストッパ(102)がアルミニウムで作られている、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 含浸マンドレル上に繊維織物を巻き付ける巻き取り機(10)であって、
三次元織りによって得られた繊維織物(18)を収納することを目的とする巻き取りマンドレル(14)であって、実質的に水平な回転軸(20)を有する巻き取りマンドレルと、
巻き取りマンドレル上に収納された繊維織物が重畳層状に巻き付けられる含浸マンドレル(16)であって、実質的に水平かつ巻き取りマンドレルの回転軸と平行な回転軸(28)を有する含浸マンドレルと、
それぞれの回転軸を中心にマンドレルを回転駆動する、少なくとも1つの電気モータ(22、30)と、
マンドレルを回転駆動させるための(1つまたは複数の)電気モータを制御する制御ユニット(32)と、
請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の繊維織物の層の切断を支援する装置(100)と、を含む巻き取り機。
