Claims (8)
- 含浸マンドレルに繊維組織を巻き取るための機械のための圧密成形装置(100)にして、巻取機(10)の含浸マンドレル(16)の外表面(28)を圧迫するための圧密成形ローラ(104)と、それぞれが、含浸マンドレルの外表面と側面板(30)との間に形成される隅部を圧迫するように設計された2つの圧密成形ホイール(106)とが取り付けられたフレーム(102)を備える装置であって、圧密成形ローラおよび圧密成形ホイールに振動を加えるための手段(112)を更に備え、圧密成形ローラ(104)が、フレームに固定される2つの板(114)の間で回転するように取り付けられ、各板が、圧密成形ローラの位置をフレームに対して調整できるようになるようにウォームスクリュー(120)と噛み合わせることによって、水平軸(118)を中心に枢動するのに適した歯付きホイール(116)を用いて枢動するように強いられる1つの端部を有することを特徴とする、装置。
- 圧密成形ローラおよび圧密成形ホイールに振動を加えるための手段が、フレームに取り付けられる少なくとも1つの電気バイブレータ(112)を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 圧密成形ローラの外表面は、圧密成形ローラが圧迫することになる含浸マンドレルの外表面のプロファイルに対応するプロファイルを提示する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 圧密成形ローラ(104)が、回転時に互いに独立した複数の長手方向ローラ部(104a、104b、104c、・・・)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 圧密成形ホイールの位置をフレームに対して調整するための手段をさらに備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 圧密成形ローラおよび圧密成形ホイールが、エラストマー材料で作られたコーティングで覆われる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 含浸マンドレルに繊維組織を巻き取るための機械(10)であって、
三次元製織によって得られた繊維組織(18)が蓄積されることになる巻取マンドレル(14)であり、実質的に水平な回転軸(20)を有する巻取マンドレルと、
巻取マンドレルに蓄積された繊維組織の重なり合った層が巻き取られることになる含浸マンドレル(16)であり、巻取マンドレルの回転軸に実質的に水平で平行な回転軸(32)を有する含浸マンドレルと、
巻取マンドレル及び含浸マンドレルのそれぞれの回転軸を中心に巻取マンドレル及び含浸マンドレルを回転で駆動するための電気モータ(22、34)と、
巻取マンドレル及び含浸マンドレルを回転駆動するための電気モータを制御するための制御ユニット(36)と、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の圧密成形装置(100)と
を備える機械。 - 実質的な水平軸(110)を中心に枢動するように支持構造(12)に取り付けられる圧密成形装置(100)を有する支持構造と、ならびに支持構造に締結されるアクチュエータ(112)の本体、および圧密成形装置を水平軸を中心に枢動できるようになるように装置のフレームに締結されるアクチュエータのロッドを有する、少なくとも1つのアクチュエータと、をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の機械。
